Don't think that will work, returning to the login window without logging out causes this to happen.

Bump- This only happens after the computer falls asleep and wakes back up, however after waking it back up and relogging into the system it doesn't freeze up.

Hello, I play on FTB resurrection on modified from the default setup and whoever I leave full screen after being logged in for a while it will freeze and become unresponsive forcing me to power it off.

This doesn't happen if I launch FTB just after logging in.

    Running java 7u72

Any help or any ideas on how to diagnose this issue will be greatly appreciated.

    Connor Gavitt is my name,

Mr_Gavitt is my in game name

My Skype name is Connor.gavitt (several will show in the Skype directory however all are linked to connor.gavitt)

I have played Minecraft for about 2 years this month

I have been coding for over 6 years and have extensive knowledge of php, python, mysql, apache2, some of nginx, action script 3, html5, Xhtml, CSS, javascript, jquery, photoshop, Blender for 3D images which is perfect for logs, and I toy around with several other languages.

If you think $150/m for an E3-1230, and 6x 240GB SSDs is a "normal" price you should just go with OVH. Nobody in their right mind will give you a server like that for that cheap price.
That was from a minecraft host, Not OVH.

posted a message on Major server reboot, in need of high power hosting.
Hello I'm the owner of mrmancraft FTB network, the network has been around 1 year this month and has had a total of about 13000 unique visits and a peak of 850 active players in a week and a peak of 106 on at anytime(which is VERY LARGE for a FTB server).

In the past months however we have suffered unbearable lag due to hardware and software configuration being outdated for new FTB packs causing a loss of players. W have decided to do a full reboot to make a lag free, grief free, fun and unique server as we have had 1 year experience in management and just need time to do it.

We to go live again in about 1 month hitting off hard and will rocket to the top of the FTbservers.com list within a few weeks. Also we will regain funds to last again :) we have made about $1600 of profit running a cracked FTB according to buycraft.

We are looking for a good server to launch with that is lag free and if you are going to be the best you need the best equipment.

Here are the he specs wanted-

1280v3 or 1270v3 however the 1280v3 is preferred, they don't have much cost difference so I have no idea why hosts don't use the 1280 more.

    32GB RAM

At least 512GB of usable SSD storage in a RAID 1 or preferably RAID 10 ( I have seen a 6x240Gb SSD server go for less then $150 with a 1230 in it so I will know if I'm being ripped off.

And a north eastern US location.

    Budget- a reasonable price.

    Ecocraft - Towny | Factions | SkyGrid | Creative - Server

I am currently running a multiworld bukkit server with 6 - 25 players online. I started my server about 6 months ago and now I have a growing player base with 208 players per week. I plan to extend my server in as many ways as possible. I want to turn my multiworld into something much bigger and I just cannot do this with a simple host. I am already pushing the limits to what my server can do psychically.

208 players per week chart. http://theminecrafts.../mc.ecocraft.co

    Details of my Server
    • I have a Hub, Factions Ice, Towny, SkyGrid, and Creative worlds
    • I plan to add SkyBlock, Factions Fire, Minigames, and a second Towny
    • I have a build team, with a full staff team of 13. (Different Time Zones to Help Players)
    • My Server Website: http://ecocraft.co
    • My Server IP: mc.ecocraft.co
    • My Teamspeak Server: ts.ecocraft.co
I am looking for a Dedicated Server
    • 10 - 16 GB of RAM
    • 100 SSD or more
    • Fast Ticket Support
    • A Sponsorship/Partnership (If Possible)
    • $60/m or less, not including setup fee.

Hello, I can resell you a dedicated server with a intel xeon E3 which will perform much better then the AMD processors mentioned above for minecraft.

16GB of ram and a 120GB SSD for less then $100 a month message me for info.

Ovh.com they have the cheapest servers you can get with a shared as sold of ddos mitigation from their 2.5tb/s worldwide network. You can't beat their prices and features. 256Gb of ram servers for less then $200 a month is a deal.

As this post can be found by those looking for dedicated servers in google id love if you posted your best offers within the average budget here :) I may be buying myself if it's worth it as I've hosted minecraft servers with over 700 active players for over 9 months now.

I tried using them for my business. Ran smooth for about 2 days then BAM. It crashes, doesn't come back up, and no help from support. I also got just a bunch of BS and all the guy did was sent me a link to their terms of service. I didn't do anything to abuse the server so I deserve a refund. To be honest NEVER choose this host.

To be fair, if your server crashes it is not the hosts fault but something you have on it/have done with it. Now I take it support can be slow at some times but if you start asking for a refund because you messed up or software you have did you should get directed to the TOS as it states no refunds which you should have read ahead of time. I myself have had many issues minecraft and non- minecraft related and have got good support on all issues, even the non minecraft ones which my support doesn't even cover.

What kind if intel xeon? And I assume an E3 is what you have by its number of cores and that won't do. Also I don't trust a host with a unpublished website.

I would like to see if anyone has a E5 1650v2 as this model is perfect as well.
