I have a ton of experience with redstone and command blocks but I can't think of any mini games or adventure maps to make. If you have any ideas please share below and I will give credit.

It depends on the extent of the plugin. The more complex and longer it'll take me to code the more expensive it will be.

I have been coding for a few months and I am looking to code for money to support my minecraft server. If anyone wants a plugin done I can do it. But at a price.
