Can you split your paragraphs with at least one blank line between each one?
It would be great if you could actually tell us details on what you would like to give Paul, rather than just telling Minecraft to make something for him. I do think it's kinda pointless for Mojang to add code that only one person will ever use. If we're making something to thank Paul or anyone else for their help in bringing Minecraft to where it is now, I think it would be better to either...
1. Put their name in the credits.
2. Add an easter egg in the form of a mob skin or something else that can be accessed with nametags or similar items.
3. Give them a special cape or some change to their player skin that makes them recognizable on a server or somewhere else.
A special map generator seems like something the whole community deserves to know about, but even if Paul never showed it off on his Youtube channel, the whole community will inevitably know about it as soon as a new version of Forge is developed. Keeping it a secret would be just a little pointless.

Pardon me? It was working fine before.
It was doing this for all the jars. So my latest attempt was to try launching the latest jar version.
I'm not even sure how to describe my problem, cause the error is not very descriptive with no error code.
I made two attempts to fix, the first was downloading the latest installer. First try to repair files. Same problem. Then I removed and reinstalled the game and still the same problem.
You can see the only warning that pops up on the log in the background. I've posted links to the logs below.

Thinking of new types of biomes, I thought it would be interesting to have some new types of extreme climates.
I know there is not an ambient climate temperature mechanic, which could be in interesting new mechanic. There could also be effects to the player from it, if there was a temperature mechanic added.
For example, if there was thirst added, in extreme hot climates, your thirst would go down and in extreme cold climates, like the Ice Spikes biome, your hunger would need to be replenished faster.
Basins, was one biome I was thinking of for an extreme hot climate. Where it's very flat, the elevation is under sea level and usually surrounded by other desert and Mesa.
Another type of climate could be a salt pan, which would be hot as well.
There could be a new types of blocks, for example, cracked dirt, blocks with a crust of salt deposit on top, which makes unique sounds when stepping on it, could even leave tracks when stepped on.
When trying to break the block, the hardened dirt could have a higher endurance that other dirt blocks, taking longer to break.
The biomes could also feature unique ores, exposed to the surface, via small, protruding mounds of rock, having variations of shades or color, from lighter to darker. Kind of like how the Mesa profile has streaks of colors on the rock faces, from different minerals between the rock layers.
Being a desert, it's an ideal spot geologically as well to find iron deposits, not the same kind of ore found mining underground, but alloys in meteorites found on the desert floor. The very flat and wide open space makes them easier to find.
That is also another opportunity to add a new ore with all new crafting recipes and uses, by having these meteorite deposits on the top layer block of the basin/salt pan. Extracted from the blocks through crafting and/or smelting.
In extreme hot climates, you could have some mirage distortion, over the very flat terrain.
Unique, passive/hostile mobs could be another feature, like unique aquatic life in tiny ponds, as non-hostile. Passive mobs, such as scorpions, snakes and hostile mob, like a Trap Door Spider, which are very aggressive by nature. They could even attack other mobs that approach their hiding spot.
Possibly another idea with the Trap Door Spider, to make it a little more unique and behave something like Silverfish, is they could attack, but also try to hide when attacked. The player could bring them out by breaking a block they're hiding in, but they could burrow in another block.
