What past experience have you had as a staff member? I was a (there where 2 others) Co-owner of a Faction Anarchy PVP Tekkit server that lasted about a year, and at it's peak, had 260+ players at any given time.
Why do you want to be staff for BleakPVP? I took a break from professional building because I was getting tired of all the people screwing me over. Now to answer your question, I have the passion and the drive to start building again, and I believe that I will be able to bring forth some of the much needed effort that you require in your builders!
Will you be able to contribute financially? Perhaps... This is asking a complete stranger if they could help out with something foreign to them. If I become attached to this server then definitely!
More info bout you? I have been associated with the arts for about 5 years now. I am currently a Sophomore and I have several scholarships to various colleges for art. Within this endeavor I have taught myself how to transfer something I see in a photo (or my imagination) into whichever medium I am using at said time (in this case its minecraft).

I specialize in Sculpting and all of the artsy things like Terraforming and overall Design, while my friend, Doug, specialize in Building and Structure overall
