About You: I'm not new to roleplaying, I've done a substantial amount across various platforms, including minecraft servers but I do feel there's a lot for me to learn, I played for a while on a community based server but it has long since shut down and I've come to miss that kind of environment which I'm sure this server can provide.

Name:Turryn Delnn 

Age: 27 

Gender: Male  

Appearance: Blonde hair, blue eyes, although slightly ragged, Turryn is equipped in a basic overcoat and generic slacks although they appear, much like himself slightly messy and torn, he has bright blonde facial hair that stretches across his cheeks and beyond and short, messy hair, he has a single scar underneath the mound of hair that is his beard that stretches across his cheek in a diagonal fashion that looks as if it was caused by a dagger or small blade, he is a rather bulky individual but is only notably taller than the average height and is in no way outstandingly tall. 

Personality: Turryn is a hardened, quiet and motivated individual, being from the Midlands and only arriving in the forbidden lands recently but previously living in a city that was extremely prejudice towards Xitians due to their previous actions he has a harbouring silent hate for Xitians, almost disgusted by them to the point where he believes they bring nothing but trouble and chaos to all ground they touch, fighting in the pointless wars between the various settlements and nations of the Mesalians in his later life he is very aware of the nature of war and conflict and has a very withdrawn nature to not just Xitians but Mesalians themselves being educated thoroughly in the ease that some Mesalians find in betraying their own kind, Turryn will not avoid conflict but will not encourage it as despite his young age he has already grown tired of war, fighting up until recently when he arrived in the forbidden lands.

Backstory: Being born into the age of Rebirth Turryn saw a new light on civilization and the cooperation of various nations, but alongside that he saw conflict and war, he grew up with a loving family who struggled due to the hardship of the times they were in but subsequently that family had found something to channel their blame and hate towards which was the Xitians, the city that Turryn grew up in had a burning hatred for Xitians, many citizens taking out their rage on the innocent for what the others of their race had done that were taking place and even some, like Turryn's family having ties in the Purge, long, long ago.

In Turryn's case his family had stakes in the events of The Purge, and while some were disgusted by the actions of their ancestors and disassociated themselves with the bloodline completely others deemed them necessary and even celebrated the actions of their predecessors, telling tale after tale in a joyous manner of how their family members such as "Vulgaar" had been the head executor of the Xitian's in a long wasted city or how the two Delnn brothers had banded together and hunted down no less than thirty Xitian "scum" who had begun to flee after the purge had begun, cutting them down one after another with ease.

Whether the stories were true or not Turryn did not know but growing up in such an environment had its influence on him, he encouraged and invested a considerable amount of time to the ongoing hate within his home towards the Xitians, arresting, beating and evicting those that had the misfortune to be born under the flag of their nation who were of Xitian descent.

This was in his young adulthood mind you and despite his evergrowing hatred for the Xitians and love for his home nation he became tired of segregating and persecuting the Xitians in his city due to the actions of their kinfolk Turynn decided to enlist in his local lords army to fight in the civil war, his nations view opposed that of many others and had a notably stubborn leader, Turyyn however was oblivious to this, fighting at such a young age was encouraged not by his beliefs but his thirst for adventure, no matter how much he hated Xitians he was willing to go hand in hand with them at that age if it meant something exciting were to whisk him away from his dull and mediocre homestead.

Fighting in the war until the need for treaties arose due to the events at the Dusk portal occurred, and his nation being one of the last to accept unity among the Mesalians due to it's stubborn leader and distance from the portal Turynn had seen his fair share of conflict and had hoped for peace to sweep across his nation long before talk of it was present due to what he had seen and what he had feared he would see.

His hate for Xitians still lingered, fueled by the threat of the Dusk realm flooding the Mainland but he had enough of war and he did not wish to fight even if he was fighting something he was raised to hate, he had heard of a vessel further outland that was sailing to the forbidden lands with the promise of unity among it's people and from what Turynn had heard, little chance of conflict arising, he decided to take his small pool of money and use the last of it to buy passage aboard the ship, little more than a stowaway Turynn arrives in the Forbidden lands with nothing but the clothes on his back and remnants of his previous life, being sorely reminded of how his own kind once faired in the world he looks towards the first chance to start his new life.

Capabilities:

Melee/Swordsmanship [ADVANCED] - Being enlisted in an army for a long period of his life and even when conflict had ended between the warring nations Turynn continuously practiced and pushed his skills when it came to swords and combat, with the subconscious hope of finally exacting his revenge on an unsuspecting Xitian with his skills but mainly for protection and in the more recent years, in preparations for travelling to the forbidden lands Turynn has a good understanding of blades due to the fact that's all he played with and used most of his life whether it be in his spare time or career.



Lore Knowledge [NOVICE] - Due to the fact he was told various stories about his families past they occasionally shifted to previous world events to give either a back story or a reason or motivation of some of the characters in the stories, however due to the nature of the telling of these stories, which were to promote hate of the Xitian race the his view on the world is skewed and is only in possession of basic knowledge regarding what has happened before, and in some cases during the time he has been alive.



Blacksmithing [NOVICE] - Being in the military in such a large scale conflict means Turynn's company was underfunded and overworked, he quickly learned the basics of maintaining his weaponry and armor and repairing anything damaged in the heat on battle, though not experienced in this skill he has enough knowledge to keep his equipment in check and make sure it's combat-worthy.



Items: The clothes on his back and his old service blade, basic and slightly worn from the years of war.



Additional Comments: I'm willing to change any attributes that you see fit as an outside opinion would be welcome on my application, I have tried to make sure I have given a reasonable explanation for each skill and his backstory but any additions should my application be unsuccessful or if it barely makes it through are welcomed, I really look forward to playing on your server and hope my application wasn't too much of a bore to read.
