What are your strengths/weaknesses in Minecraft?: I would say my biggest strength in Minecraft would be building. I love taking on both huge and small projects. If we want to get more specific I would say I'm best at terraforming and transforming various locations to look amazing. As for what I am worst at, well it would definitely be PvP combat. I hate to admit it but I am just atrocious at it and never was able to pick up the combat changes made in Beta 1.19. Even more embarrassing than my PvP abilities however would be how uncoordinated I am with an elytra... I know, I know, they have been in the game for over 5 years now, and I can use them... Just not without dying constantly... So if accepted I apologies in advanced for the spam you might see a chat notification pop up saying that I splatted against a wall.
There are a few aspects of the game that I am trying to improve upon though. The biggest of which would be my redstone abilities as redstone has always intrigued me. I just love all thing things you can do with it ranging from complex mob farms to actual computers (I understand that due to the nature of this being a multiplayer server large redstone projects would most likely be off the table due to lag though). But it is definitely something that I am looking to broaden my skillset in.
What is your favorite building style?: I'm not going to lie, I had to think about this question for a while and I think I've come up with a few answers. For large projects I would say my favorite building style would be fantasy/ruins made in a way to fit in with the natural terrain or built along with custom terrain. For medium sized projects I would have to go with medieval with small castles or villages. Finally small projects, which would probably be my favorite. I don't have a set building style that I fall back on for these, but I enjoy making small quaint builds that make the world feel more "alive" or "lived in". It's hard for me to describe, but I like making my worlds feel like there were people that lived in it before I came and that they are larger than just me. I want to craft (pun fully intended) a world with rich backstory that doesn't need to be explained through text, but through the actual visuals that myself or others see.
What aspects of multiplayer servers do you enjoy/think you'll enjoy most?: Going along the lines of the last part in the previous response, I enjoy the worlds I play in to feel "alive" and this extend further to just building for the overall Minecraft experience. I've been looking for a space where I can collaborate with others on a wide variety of projects in the game. But I'm looking for something more than just that though, I want a community where people are positive and come together to just hang out. A place where I can make friends that can potentially expand further than just this game where we can all grow as people together and share experiences, whether those be happy, funny or sad experiences with (lets hope for no negative or sad experiences, but hey that's just life). So to answer your question, I would say the thing I would enjoy most about multiplayer servers is purely the community aspect that is simply impossible to get with single-player worlds or with giant hub servers.
What are your hobbies outside of Minecraft?: Out of all the many hobbies that I have outside of Minecraft, I have 3 passions that have just stuck with me more than any others. The first of which would be game design which with my upcoming graduation for college this Spring I will finally be able to pursue as an actual job (my favorite part would be 3D modeling and I would love to talk more specifics on it later). After that however I would have to say the Pokémon TCG with both collecting and selling cards has been a big part of my entire life that I have always enjoyed ever sense my mom bought me my first pack when I was little. Finally we get to my plant obsession. Growing up in the PNW, I was always surrounded by nature and have always wanted to find ways of bringing that indoors. This ranges from keeping your basic house plants (which I somehow have to many and not enough of at the same time) to building out terrariums and paludariums to get a more natural feel.

But for #7 although I cannot provide pictures I can give you the IP to a server in private (The network has not been released yet so that's why I cant give you pictures). And on that server it has most of my most recent builds.

Why Vanilla Survival?: I've played a lot of modded, as well as just servers that have lots of custom plugins, or major game changing ones (factions, skyblock, rpgs, ect.) As well as I've done a lot of server development lately and I'm a little burnt out when it comes to playing with plugins/mods. And well, I just really want to get back into the roots of minecraft and play pure SMP.
Why Should We Accept You?: Just going to be honest here. I don't think that you should chose me over anyone else that is applying to get on this server. I find that this question tend to makes people either boast about themselves, try to "kiss-up" to the people reading the applications, or even lie about themselves to get onto the server (I talk from experience here). But to answer your question because it is part of the application. I love to be a part of the community and helping out. I try my pest to bring a fun and spontaneous attitude, but we all have our off days where we just want to sit on the server and grind without talking in chat or anything, so I can't promise that I will be like that all the time.
Redstoning Ability: I wouldn't say that I am the best when it comes to Redstone, but I know a fair amount and I can get by on the basics needed to know to make small, simple machines.
Building Ability: Again, not the best in the world but I am far better at building than I am at redstone. On a scale of 1-10 with one being the worst and 10 being the best. I would say I am at a solid 7.5-8. If you would like proof I can show you a server that I just finished building (I will not give out the IP as I am not trying to advertise) but is not yet released.
Farming Ability: Umm if you mean as in just making farms for crops, im a 10/10. But, well I don't think that what you mean so when it comes to making automatic farms and such I would say I am at a solid 9/10. I can do almost everything off of memory, except for Iron Golem Farms, which I would need to go off of a tutorial for.
Mining Ability: Uhhhhh, 10/10? I'm not exactly sure how one could be bad at mining.
Teamwork Prowess: What is the whole point of joining a SMP server if you do not have the ability to work with a team? Like ya I wont be going out and giving my resources away for free but if someone just needs a small amount of an item that i have some of then ill give it to them. As well as if someone needs help with a project I'm down to help them as long as it doesn't take up all my free time.

I'm currently in my sophomore year of high school and I'm loving it so far. I love to go to football games and stuff to interact with other people and just all around have a good time.

Could you send me your log file ( %APPDATA%\WorldPainter\logfile0.txt)? There might be a clue in there. After that you could try whether it will start again if you delete the config file (%APPDATA%\WorldPainter\config).
I've tried to look at the log file to see if I could find the problem there, but when I go to %appdata%, it shows that the World painter file never generated in the %appdata% file.
Hello! I have just started using world painter again, and when i tried to install it again, it seemed to work, until i actually tried to start the actual program. World Painter opens up for a brief moment, showing the loading screen but then immediately closes. I have tried to reinstall it again several times. As well as I updated my Java so it was on the latest version. I also tried to install the Alpha version that you have posted above, but I had the same problem with that.
My computer is running a 32 bit versions of windows 8.1 and 32 bit Java.
