I have been an admin on 4 different servers. 3 of them have shut down but one is still up and running and normally has about 200 players. If its two people going at it in the chat I would first tell them to take their conversation to somewhere private just so they don't take away from other players server experience. If it had something to do with breaking the rules I would first ask them to display any evidence, and then from there I would listen to both sides of the story and I would then make a informed decision from there.
6.) How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated employee? I guess your just going to have to trust me based on my previous work and then see for yourself that I am dedicated to the job.

Why You Should Join: I'm good at pvp especially survival games, I'm also fairly good at splegg, my best minecrafting ability is probably my building i've made several server map related things for a few decently sized minecraft servers. WHY DOES THIS server SPARK YOUR INTEREST: I was a part of a white listed smp server that recently converted to feed the beast, its not that I dont like feed the beast but I still find vanilla minecraft more appealing since it seems so much purer and less glitchy then modded survival. From the pictures on this forum I can see that it looks like a well made server with people who share the same passion for minecraft that I do that I will be able to interact with and get to know. Also plugins are getting old in my opinion minecraft in its self is an amazing game and I don't think that it should need to be modified.

On the two servers I was Administrator on I didn't feel that even the Owners had a real drive to do something great and while they were screwing around I was still setting up plugins managing PEX permissions and handling most problems. I also worked on building spawns with world edit and survival games maps. As a Admin and as a Moderator I always monitored the chat and watched out for hackers. I have a strong sense of justice so I love to solve problems quickly and efficiently and make sure that the people who started the problems are held accountable for it, this has given me great problem solving skills that I've used on every server I've been a part of.
Why are you interested in this project:
I want to be a Administrator on a server where the staff actually wants to get things done and I want to be a part in creating a stable server that is a great experience for all players. I also love minigames, survival and PVP. I love your vision for the server and thats why i'm applying, the fact that we would be creating a minigames/survival/pvp/creative server sounds like something that would be right up my alley. Also, I would love to be a part in coming up with Ideas for new minigames due to the fact that some minigames that are highly played at the moment are getting boring and something new and fresh should be made to entice the minecraft community. Is this a request for a free server? Also, are you looking for something of a specific size? Do you have an established community? What can you offer in terms of partnership OR what are you looking to spend in terms of a server? PvP servers require amazing hardware because lag will drive players out in no time. Even more so if you intend to use Heroes and not something simple like MCMMO.
Starting out we were hoping for a 100-200 player server and we have not opened to the public yet. We are currently in the development stage and are hiring staff. We are offering ads on our website and a broadcast every 30 minutes with what ever custom message you want promoting your hosting for a server host.
