A function to change the skin would be fine without leaving the game, that would be quite good, imagine that you were going to change the skin and you have forgotten, changing it would be as easy as accessing the settings and changing them without needing to change it from the minecraft website or from the launcher if you had closed it, and with an option to see the skins that you previously had apart from another option in which the community would upload skins to the cloud and you could use them with a simple "click!".

steam66 posted a message on Smarter PillagersPosted in: SuggestionsSmarter Pillagers
Pillagers are almost useless right now, relying heavily on their numbers to do anything. They shoot from 6 blocks away maximum, don't strafe or back up (when brainless skeletons already do!), and regularly team-kill each other. As mobs that build towers and mansions, wield crossbows, and tame and ride Ravagers, they really ought to be smarter in battle.
Changes to Old Behaviors
- Pillagers would attack from much farther away; starting at 15 blocks. Their accuracy would still be low, though, for balance.
- Pillagers would immediately load their crossbows when they see you. instead of running up to you first.
- When alone, Pillagers would strafe like Skeletons, and back away from Iron Golems and sword-wielding players.
- Pillagers would seek the closest targets, so they wouldn't run right past a roomful of Villagers to catch one nitwit running away.
- Pillagers would no longer spawn infinitely around Outposts (it's a small watch tower, the garrison can't possibly be infinite). This also means that if you clear out an Outpost you can safely build there without a billion Pillagers spawning all the time.
- Pillagers would "watch" where they aim; if an Illager is in front of them, they would walk sideways until they had a clear shot.
Teamwork
Pillagers would now use smarter teamwork when following a Captain:
- They would fan out to his sides when they stop moving, as to avoid friendly fire.
- They would synchronize their shots in volleys; all Pillagers would load and shoot at the same time.
- They would focus their shots on the mob the Captain is targeting, much the same as tamed wolves do for you.
- They would avoid strafing when with a Captain, sticking close together instead. When the Captain dies, if they can't pick up the banner, they scatter and start strafing.

This is the sort of thing I'm talking about. It takes exhaustive individual research to actually understand the issue outside of Minecraft. Your average 9-year-old oscillating back and forth between MC and Fortnite is going to see this and just have some muddied, faint understanding that the bees responsible for honey are having some kind of problem. This will evolve into them understanding that they are endangered, which is false, while thinking that the solution is to breed them obsessively, which is also false. At best the presence of the bees is no more instrumental educationally as having cow's milk in the game to bring awareness to antibiotic-resistant bacteria. It's totally tangential to a real understanding of what the issue is. Add Nosema apis and Salmonella to the game and we'll start to see just how cute little honey bee and cow farms are. You and all your stock will be dead before you gather up enough ender pearls to reach the End - something still annoyingly half-implemented.

It really is quite miserable. My suggestion would be, since they're adding all of these new crafting tables, just to add a cement mixer where you put in water, gravel, sand, and whatever dyes as fuel and then the output is either regular finished concrete or wet concrete that needs to dry out over time (like tilled soil that's not serviced by water).

Villages don't stand a chance against them in the first place. It's just player ingenuity that saves them. And much like before, all you'd have to do is build a sufficient ditch around the village and dump lava on them or snipe them from more than x blocks away.
