Another use reported a similar issue with villages. I was able to find villages, but didn't really look for monuments. I'm also unsure if this disappearance of stuff is exclusive to some users or the generation of structures broke.
I found villages as well. Desert temples, too. Haven't looked for jungle temples, but I'm not really concerned about those. But without an ocean monument, I can't get the blocks associated with it unless I play creative.
I'm not sure if this has been addressed yet, and I apologize if it has. I'm having a hard time figuring out what has been discussed in regards to bugs that have surfaced since the newest update in December.
I've noticed ocean monuments are missing. I have not found a single one in the dozens of seeds I have played. In fact, my old world had one. If I load my old world, the monument is there. BUT, if I start a new world using the same seed, it's missing. Everything else is exactly the same. Same map, only no Ocean monument.
GaStuSage found this, not entirely sure if it fits what you think is acceptable
Thank you for the reply. This seed is close, but is missing a few things:
No potatoes
No Allium or sunflowers (had to bone meal the orchid and tulips)
No acacia trees
No Mycelium
Taiga is very tiny, can hear rainfall
It is a good seed, though. There's a desert temple and ocean monument. Big jungle, but didn't search for a temple there, so can't say if there is one.

Awesome seed!! It contains 2 woodland mansions, 2 desert temples, and 3 villages!

My son tells me that what I want is impossible for the 360 version of minecraft. Is he right? Here's a list if what my perfect seed requires:
Jungle: just big enough to spawn ocelots
Desert: I need a lot of sand. Minimum 1 cactus.
Savannah: just big enough that it has at least 3 acacia trees
Swamp: can be small, at least 2 lily pads
Mesa:can be small, want some red sand/sandstone
Dark oak forest: can be small, just want some wood
Taiga and/or tundra: this is where I build my house. Must be big enough so I can't hear rainfall.
Grassland: can be small
Flower forest OR able to find every type and color of flower
Mycelium blocks...don't need mooshroom biome, just some blocks
Podzol blocks
Ocean monument...don't even need the whole structure, just enough to get sea lanterns and prismarine related blocks
Village: just 1 is ok, as long as all 3 crops are present: wheat, potatoes, and carrots.
Am I being unrealistic? Or is getting everything I listed above possible without going on creative?
Thanks.
