I am using the Ultra version of optifine. The drivers are up to date, as I am religious about that sort of thing. As for the GPU, there is none. It is OBVIOUSLY running the inboard graphics unit. I am not a child and understand capabilities of a computer. I used chocapic's AND Mr.Meeps in the earlier versions of 1.7. I didn't ask to be talked down to.
EDIT: The version of Intel HD is 4000, if that means anything. As I previously stated, it is up to date. No mods installed except for optifine and the shaders mod core.

Dec 18, 2014Having an issue here. I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15. Yes, a laptop. My gaming PC is out of commission at the moment. Now, though this is a laptop, It's entirely capable of running Minecraft with a 256x resource pack on Far at 60 fps. Skyrim on medium with 130 mods at 55 fps. So it's not like the graphical/processing power is lacking too much. I used to run Mr. Meeps shaders a couple months ago. This is the first time I've gotten this from a shader pack. Any thoughts?Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Dec 14, 2013Hi, I'm Joseph. I'm looking to have a small group of people to do a survival server with. If at all possible, 18+. I will need someone to host, as I do have poopy internet..Posted in: Server Recruitment
I also hope to play on 1.6.4, seeing as how 1.7~ is taking lightyears to release the MCP so I can run Optifine.
Dec 7, 2013This might be a bit of a nub question, but I'm new to modded minecraft, as I've been playing vanilla since alpha (good ol' bright green) and I recently installed Forge so I could have a little fun.Posted in: Mods Discussion
I am quite familiar with Optifine, and I know of it's issues and crashes with Forge, so obviously that's out of the question. There was a thread about FpSPlus, but that was a bust, too.
The mods have dropped me from ~60fps to around 25. Playable, but not exactly appealing.
If anyone knows of any mods or other tips to restore my frames to their former glory, please email me @:

Sep 24, 2013Hi guys! I'm MonolithicZebra.Posted in: Server Recruitment
I have recently been feeling bored when I play Minecraft, mostly because I have no one to play with. Everything is more fun in a group, right?
I am 20 years old. I like to keep my age group around that. Sorry, but that's just how I am.
I love survival, and people. So I was hoping I could get a merry band together and See how it works.
Unfortunately, I cannot host the server, since my bandwidth is a tad.. poop.
If anyone is interested, reply here or email me at [email protected]
EDIT: If it wasn't clear, this is for a PC group. XD
May 4, 2013Bad video card drivers!Posted in: Minecraft Mods
Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

It IS NOT the drivers. I have triple checked that fact. TP is default and The zip file is in the mods folder.
May 4, 2013Okay, just clearing up, the whole download gets put INTO the mods folder. (my archiver shows a "mods" folder and then a "bladecraft"Posted in: Minecraft Mods
folder, both go in? Or what? I'm tired of needing a fresh .jar.I hope that didn't sound rude. Not what I was intending! ^^
May 2, 2013Posted in: Minecraft ModsQuote from thisguy1045
Not sure if it still matters nowadays, but did you delete META-INF in your Minecraft jar? Also, what Ghost said is correct, any mods made for Forge Modloader are dropped in the "mods" folder that's found in the ".minecraft" folder. If you previously put BladeCraft into the jar, then you'll need a fresh jar.
I made sure of that last bit before I even started. META.INF is deleted, and I had to create the mods folder. (There wasn't one in the bin)
