Everything, enchanting, potions, movement, star-system skills, inventory weight, dragons, the dimension of their heaven, oblivion, village shops, towns (advanced village), and everything...
I have most of that stuff on my 'to-do-list'. It's hard right now though because I'm not a Java expert and need help with a lot of the more complex code. I expect the mod to be done in a two or three months.
I already have a small team of two working on a project for the Elder Scrolls series.
I would like to have maybe two more people to join the team because I want to be able to finish the mod more quickly, currently it's moving at a rather turtle-like pace xD
So yeah, if you're interesting in helping code/develop/texture/help with an Elder Scrolls Mod, then fill out this form and post it in the comments please :3
EM is right, I know how to do the enchantment adding thing, I want to know how to make some sort of if statement to check if the item is in the inventory, and if so, apply the effect the item has.

Now, how do I add an enchantment to an item?
My plan is to have you take a plain item + potion = item w/ potion effect [ done ]
and...
item + enchant the item with enchantment table = enchanted item that activates when in inventory [no clue how to do it]
Can someone help me out with how to do the enchantment part?

player.addPotionEffect(new PotionEffect(Potion.fireResistance.id, 10));

}
but I get an error at '.addPotionEffect' because there isn't a method for that in Item.class
Any solutions?

is it kinda the same as doing an 'onArmorTickUpdate'?
Where there's a itemstack that tells you what item needs to be held
and then a player.addpotioneffectblahblahblah
