What should we expect from you*?: You should expect to turn around, and see me behind you. You should expect my epic building/designing skills. You should also expect me to be detonating TNT on your house.

What should we expect from you*?: A kind, respectful young man who is eager to learn, help, devise, and plan. i plan to be a loyal member of my faction, and a kind shoulder to lean on. i will be active in teamspeak, ingame, and possibly over skype.

Classes v1.2.0 is coming out soon. We haven't planned much, but here is what we know so far:
Features per class:
Demolitionist:
- Will be healed by standing near fire.
Medic
- Will instant-restore all health while in water.
Monster Tamer
- Will be able to ride neutral mobs.
- Will be able to let pigs fly.
- Will be able to "summon" mobs.
Ninja
- Will take no fall damage as originally intended.
- Will be able to enter a 1-hit-ko styled mode, where all hits from them and all hits on others (Unless they have extremely high-dura armor) are 1-hit-ko. KAMAKAZI!

Today, I noticed that no matter what, the server always will say "Communication Error", despite being able to log in and play normally. Is there a way to fix this glitch?

You haven't even seen experience yet you stupid little ****. Notch has already confirmed that it isn't a "stats/skills" system, and that it's more of a "killstreak" system.
On the other note, I personally enjoy hunger. I find it making battles involve some hit/step-back/block action without just jamming the "OM NOM NOM" button, then going back to your rapid sword clicking. Besides, can you really not take the thirty seconds out of your hour of crafting to find a pig and kill it?
Lastly, health regeneration and taking time to eat. To your shock, I somewhat dislike this.
Mushroom soup = Cooked pork pisses me off. However, it stops the annoying food-eating pvp spam, so I don't mind it enough to keep me off 1.8.
Alright I verified with Curse people above me, these adverts should be showing there, it's not a bug!
On a rare occasion we'll do deals with companies relevant to our industry (video games) and if we (Curse) think that the adverts are relevant enough to our users they'll get "premium" spots. These sort of adverts work well because users are often very interested in the content, so instead of seeing a random advert for a car you'll never buy at the top of the forum, you see an advert for a video game you'll likely be interested in.
These adverts are relatively rare (only show up in rotation every so often and the chances of them extending to the actual forum are even rarer) and because it's rare that a company we're interested in working with on these sorts of adverts is interested in advertising interesting products, when it does happen they get a good position!
Running this forum is very expensive for Curse so costs have to be covered somehow, fortunately if you're not interested in seeing these adverts but do want to support us we do offer a service called "curse premium", it costs a few $ a month and in return you don't see any adverts (and get a couple of extra features) or you could come and work for us, that includes ad free! :tongue.gif:
Or instead of giving the money milkers cash, you could do the sensible thing and install Adblock. Free.
Honestly, I'd have adblock off if we didn't get spammed with audio-ads and background ads. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat a community as an admin.

I think he also might not know English well enough to understand the words "I don't ****ing have a diamond sword." or such. If you aren't going to demote this biased* ****, I strongly hope for a stern warning and a method of detection.
