The setting should be a plains biome with a major thunderstorm going on.
In the distance, you could see a creeper getting struck by lightning.Sorry my computer glitched out. it swithced tabs. i thought i was i the shops/requests

This is lightning we're talking about, not a grenade - you shouldn't be able to just point the thing in a general direction and everything in a 10*10 circle/square shape gets hit by lightning. Remember that a creeper explodes to about 7*7 (radius 3), so might be worth scaling it down to a more reasonable hit radius?

Theres already a durabillty,50.
Added cooltime.
