I couldn't agree more. There are many videos out there that say that they are for the current minecraft version, but really the uploader just changes the video name. another way you can tell is usually at some point during the video they will be at the minecraft menu, and in the lower left corner, you can see that the minecraft version is outdated.
Those people me off so much. Youtube is full of beggars and tricksters trying to get views.
This is a really cool mod. The dungeon is huge and it is all really well done, and it seems fairly balanced, because to get to the awesome blocks of diamond reward you need to defeat a serious amount of monsters, and the wither. I had a cool idea, it would be awesome if you could add horse gravestones, as horses are pets too. Anyway, nice work! Have a diamond:
How hard would it be to make this compatible with biomes 'o plenty? I would like to use this mod in my survival worlds, but they all have biomes 'o plenty, and from my knowledge, the mobs (ninjas and agents and stuff) will not spawn in these custom biomes. If you can, I would like for these mods to be compatible, if you can't that is fine, you have created a really cool mod here.
This is an awesome mod. Seems like it isn't getting the attention it deserves, which is dissapointing. I'll have a look at it! Have some delicious budder objects: budder ingot: budder apple: solidified budder ore: . Enjoy!
This is an idea I have wanted to be implemented for quite some time. It would be reasonably hard to code though, but I can see how you could do it. The paths would spawn with a kind of pathfinding system, so they could move around large obsticles (think of millenaire, how villages will ignore chunks of land over a certain hight limit). These paths will also have to link up to villages. The paths will have to spawn with some sort of invisible entity that you cannot interact with at all above it. Trading caravans will follow this invisible entity. In the trading caravans, there would be a leader of sorts, who will follow the entity, and any other people and guards in the caravan will follow him. I can see how it could be implemented, and for a group of coders it shouldn't be too hard.
Man these are awesome. I have been on this forum for a while now but don't really post enough to get these titles. Maybe i'll go to find some help section and help out all the newbs, since I have been playing Minecraft for years now.
This mod looks really cool, I think i'm going to place it in my FTB game. Man, I could do some evil looking things with that sinister lime green water. Also (yes, mnay people have suggested this) colored lava would be great, because then you could make that poisonous water into actual poisonous water that steve cannot go into!
Insanely high hights and insanely deep depths sounds fairly good to me. I would love massive mountains being generated into that sort of thing though. The depths will be good for my dwarven fortresses. I see but only one flaw, it will become ludicrusly hard to strike diamonds as they will be very deep into the earth. That is realistic, and I would like it, but many other Minecrafters would exclaim "O MAH GOWD DIAHMODS R SOO HRD TO GET".
The idea, all in all, sounds (puts black shades on) EPIC
Well, firstly, they would make a big blocky space. Then they will get you to build little block spaceships so the steves can go to space. Also, I strongly believe that the space core (from portal 2) will begin playing Minecraft. Oh, and i'd suddenly start being really bad at Minecraft.
I'm going to download this mod and give it a try. Might combine it with flan's mods so I can get some cars and planes to put on my roads/airports. My Minecraft is still in 1.4.7 . I'm also going to try to put it in FTB, although I doubt it will work.
Ipodmail did a review! I like the mod though, I have downloaded many horror texture packs but there were never any flashlights. It is just not horror without a flashlight.
