Hey guys, I'm Athys and as you've guessed, I'm a youtuber (maybe). My Youtube channel is very small, about 40ish subscribers and to all honesty, I'm quite happy with it! However, I would like to ask you, an anonymous viewer to judge my videos on all levels to see what I can do to appeal to a larger audience. Feel free to give me the nitty gritty and tear apart my videos, I won't get offended (I'll probably cry a bit but hey, it's good... right??). Anyways, I'll be linking a few of my recent videos, I would like if you could grade me on:
- Quality of Video (1-5)
- Content (1-5) [Is the video entertaining?]

Hey guys! I'm MinecrafterShaun, better known as Athys! I'm here today because I want to start a CTF server, however, I do not know where to start or where to begin with it perse. I am requesting that a developer and a few builders join me on this idea and help me through it!
A little bit about myself:
As previously mentioned, my name is Athys! I am 16 years old and have been a part of the Minecraft Community since I was about 12! Usually I would just play servers such as Shotbow to pass the time during summers and game late at night on the weekends. Later on I became interested in joining networks and servers, helping them and myself grow. I am a builder / web developer / graphic artist, I am capable of creating builds of various sizes by myself and am able to create a forums and static homepage for the server (along with images and renders). With this being said, I am not very familiar with how servers work nor do I know anything about plugin development! A few key concepts I've learned throughout the years is Professionalism, Ingenuity, and Teamwork. All of which are very cliche but true. I value those who are professional and are dedicated to their work. Overall, I am laid back and humorous at points, but when work needs to be done, I switch into an ambitious developer!
What is this CTF Server About?:
So if you didn't decide to read about myself, that's ok because this is the important stuff! Over the past few months I've always wanted to create my own server and work with a team that I can lead! Essentially, this server with launch with only one dedicated game, CTF! This CTF game will have the basic concepts of Capture the Flag (2 teams, 2 flags, games to 3, etc). I am looking forward to having a CTF server that offers some fun PvP twists like powerups killstreaks! I would prefer this server to utilize the new combat mechanics of 1.9/1.10 to its fullest advantage. Though people prefer 1.7 as opposed to anything, I am looking for a change and a new perspective of gameplay!
Who am I looking for?:
As of now (7/6/2016), I am looking for a dedicated developer and a couple of builders to help me brainstorm further and if possible, help me build up this server! I cannot guarantee pay nor can I guarantee that you will receive pay in the near future "once this server becomes popular". I am confident in saying that I have no idea where this project will head! This is my first server project, I'm very excited to be able to do something like this, but at the same time, I'm anxious! Back to the subject, I'll be inquiring a developer who is comfortable with configuring and setting up plugins (these do not have to be custom) and is able to give me advice on how server-networks work together! Next I will need a few builders to help me out with building the server. This includes about 3 medium sized maps (100x100?) and a few lobbies!

What are your past experiences?: I've been a part of 4 networks in my past. I started off as a builder on AelisMC (now defunct) and learned about teamwork / the basics to how to run a server (both literally and metaphorically). I moved onto a very large network known as VenturianMC where I worked as a builder/moderator, here I learned how important it is to be a functional member of a team and to do more than what you are told, unfortunately, VenturianMC crashed due to lack of team management and bonding. Next I worked on StaticMC, a relatively large PvP network. Here I was a Web Developer tasked with creating a static homepage and a XenForo Forums. Lastly, I was a part of Relaunch, a unique server project! Here I worked as a Web Developer again and needed to create a static homepage and XenForo Forums![/b]
How do you think you'll benefit us?: I am quick, creative, and efficient. Websites aren't much of a hassle nor are they hard to maintain. I can also configure forums and setup everything on a front-end basis![/b]
How many hours on average can you play per day?: I would say around 4-5 depending on the day and what my schedule is![/b]
Why do you want to join us?: I would like to be a part of a network again and have something I can look forward to doing daily! As cliche as it is, that's why I would like to join![/b]
What type of developer are you?: Front End Web Developer[/b]
Are you able to create custom code?: To some extent, yes. I am able to create custom XenForo template modifications and edit / configure an entire HTML based website. [/b]

Hey guys! I recently created a new FRAPS test video for those who are a bit skeptical about FRAPS. In my opinion, FRAPS is the best recording software as it captures all of the color and quality at a high bitrate and lossless quality. Hope you guys enjoy this video!
