Stray and Husk eggs were added to the PC after the mobs themselves were introduced. The consoles just probably don't have them yet, although I don't know for sure.
I think it's a good idea. It's the hosts choice. As long as we could see the ban items in a menu it should be fine. I also think adding your own would be acceptable. What I want a fight based off of nothing but how good you are with a bow? How can I accomplish that without this feature?

No. Just no. Like I said, if you ban the weaker items, all the strategy is gone. It could just become hit a game of "I have to hit this guy faster than he hits me because we have the same armor and weapons." That isn't fun. What is fun is using the items you have to defeat someone with better weapons and gear. Everybody being pretty much equal with strong stuff isn't fun. Also it removes the fun of getting the flame weapons in crucible stage. So think before you support suggestions like that.
Just make Enchanted Weapons(Stone Sword with Fire Aspect, Iron Axe) Weaker and no enchantments. Also, make the Enchanted items rarer. Crucible is the worst map. It's to easy to die. You can even have Flame arrows from the lava!

All items should be in battle. They need to have it balanced, though. Elytra wings would need to be rare and damaged at least a little bit.
