What would you do if there was a hacker on the server? First i make sure he was hacking, get some proof. Then I would warn him in the chat and then if he doesn't stop i will ban him., I don't believe in hackers because they ruin the fun.
What would you do if a staff member was abusing their power ? If its someone below my rank i warn then kick then timed ban. If then rank was above me, i would warn him then i would PM the co-owner or owner to have him banned.
What would you do if a player was abusing the rules? I would warn him in the chat 2 times, If he doesn't stop i would kick him . then as a last resort i would ban him.

Hello my name is Unholydoom99 A.K.A Matt i am 16 and I'm looking for a server where i can be a Moderator, Head Builder or any other positions that help people. I have been playing Minecraft since it can out and i have tons of experience in redstone, building styles (Gothic, Medieval etc), WorldEdit, plugins and i have some knowledge on permissions but I'm still studying them. My past experience is: Builder on 10+, Mod on 5, admin on 3, head admin on 2 and co-owner on 1. I always memorize server rules and i never abuse power. I deal with problems in the server and chat in a very serious way, i usually give them 3 chat warning, 2 kicks then a ban if needed. If you hire me (I don't cost money) I can bring creative ideas and add-ons to the server. My maturity is probably 8/10 but I'm still a fun guy to play with and joke around, the only things i hate on a server are racist comments (age, gender, race etc) and griefers
