OK, so this request might be a little too much, but is it possible to have [1] slanted barriers both vertically and horizontally (vertically: for stairway railings; horizontally: cosmetic purposes), [2] the ability to place these on stairs and slopes (as if they were in one block space), and [3] slope covers (because why not)?
....Ohhhh, you mean you want to be able to fill a single block space with half solid and half glass,on a diagonal?
Yeah, that would be a seriously complex thing to implement. It would have to either have a way to make half-and-half blocks to order, or extend Forge Multipart to allow diagonal divisions.
But don't you think integration with the Pane In The Glass mod (glass panes fill up stair space, basically) would be nice?
Do you happen to use backpack mod or something similar? This mod doesn't really like those as they are custom inventory stuff.
I've experienced those kinds of glitches, but ever so rarely. I do have a backpack mod (BetterStorage's Ender Backpack), but it has its own GUI and inventory.
WARNING: Unclear train of thought about to hit ya in the face.
So I've thought of two rather weird ideas for the Barrier: a velvet rope kind of fence and a queue pole kind (If you don't know what that is, Google it.). The barrier blocks can be changed, and so can the color of the ropes. They would be continuous until it hits an end Barrier, just like the normal barriers, but I think the velvet rope kind would be a bit harder to create, knowing that velvet ropes are curved.
And here's something: why don't you add support for the MoarSigns mod and have a Carpenter's Sign?
THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART!
I just found a bug where if you shift + right-click any Carpenter's Block with glowstone dust, it will glow, but the block will continue to glow even if the glowstone dust is ejected. The block will only stop glowing when the cover block itself is removed. Hope to see this fixed (I am using the dev release anyway.)!
So, this has probably been asked already, but where are the creative bookcases (pre-filled) in the BiblioWoods add-ons? Do I have to do /give for them, or are they really not included in the add-ons?
Does this happen with the latest development build?
I'm wondering about what mod the block breaker is. If we're talking about the OpenBlocks block breaker, then I'm going to say that doesn't happen to me. It doesn't even give back the cover block; it just gives back the Carpenter's Block.
Your sentence is kinda all over the place, so let me help.
I'm assuming that you want the dye to affect the bed frame as well. Are you sure that you're only affecting the sheets? Because everything works fine with me (see pic).
Unfortunately, I don't think anything could top PMP. It has the widest array of plants you can imagine, plus additional useful stuff. You can go for Forgotten Nature, but that hasn't gotten an update since 1.6.2. Biomes O' Plenty and the like (Natura, XtraBiomesXL, Enhanced Biomes, etc.) are also nice, but they don't have a big collection of plants (except for Biomes O' Plenty; it has a lot of trees). There's a mod out there called Flowercraft, but its plants are only useful for dyes. Other than those mods, I don't remember any mod that adds a wide array of plants to Minecraft.
I just have one question: why exactly does PMP "not want to work" for you?
So, another suggestion… what if there was some way for us to be able to remove items in the player's inventory? Because I'm pretty sure people are too lazy to bring the item back to the creative inventory. You know, maybe press the numpad asterisk to remove the item being held or something…
So, this might sound like a really stupid question, but how do you dye the blankets on the Carpenter's Bed? If I right-click on the bed while holding dye, nothing happens, but if I shift+right-click on it, the half of the bed I selected gets dyed (blanket AND frame). How do you dye only the blanket?
There is actually a button to switch between the whole "change rows / change individual columns" mode but what you suggested sounds like a great feature!
So basically: if you would hold down say 7 from number keys and then scroll with mouse wheel (or with number keys) it would just toggle items in that row 7. Was this right?
Yes, that's right. Hope it comes on the next update!

1. Well, queue poles are basically straight, and with that, some kind of diagonal barrier might come into existence.
2. Yup. 3.3.7 DEV.

Bed sheets can only be dyed with the 15 vanilla colors, or given a design using the Carpenter's Hammer, unfortunately. But that is a good addition!

AFAIK they do, if the block they mimic is flammable. So a wool barrier would burn and so would a wood barrier, but not a stone barrier.

Nah, tried that as well. Still nothing.
