I am Cazzzper formerly known as mill12, hence my forums account name. I am here to apply for the position of Community Manager.
Rather than make an application for myself, I thought I'd just talk about myself for a bit, such as my qualities, traits, and other basic information about myself.
First of all I am an American high school student looking for something to do in their free time. I'm a very friendly and kind person, always looking to help others and assist in any way possible. I believe these are great traits to have as a Community Manager. I would also like to say I understand this role holds a large amount of responsibility, and I am ready to tackle the challenge head on. My experience with minecraft server management would certainly be in my own server and a theme park server in which I was Co-Owner. On my own server I learned many of my plugin and behind the scenes knowledge that I know today considering I had to configure plugins and stuff all on my own. Being a leading role on a popular theme park server taught me most of my people skills being that my job on that server was similar to the role I might be taking on at this server, a leader in the community. This job taught me some people aren't so easy to get along with, and with some patience and understanding, many problems can be worked out. I also hosted several events on the server, and would take on many daily battles in helping the server reach its full potiential.
To bring it full circle, that's why I'm here.
I want to bring my knowledge and friendly nature to this server and watch it grow to what it can be, helping anyway I can along the way. I believe the best way for me to do this is through the role of Community Manager, being nice to others and bringing the players together. Please let me know by replying to this post if your interested in me having a role on your server, but in the meantime, I'll be grinding out some ranks on the prison. Thanks!
