I am a MAC user as well.

I verified that the 3rd line of code was correct. It downloaded with the corrected code btw.

if [ "$JAVA_HOME" = "" ] ; then

I have renamed the MMM_minecraft.sh to MMM_minecraft.command and launched it.

Here is the result displayed in my Terminal:

/Applications/Minecraft/MMM_minecraft.command ; exit;
Midress-iMac:~ midress$ /Applications/Minecraft/MMM_minecraft.command ; exit;
Using JAVA_HOME environment variable value
/Applications/Minecraft/MMM_minecraft.command: line 16: /bin/java: No such file or directory

Any help is greatly appreciated. I am very excited to try it out.
