Alternatively, if you want to get a lot of ender pearls find a village or cure a priest zombie villager. Not only will he take your useless rotten flesh and gold off your hands, but you'll also be able to buy ender pearls with the emeralds you get.

I'm going to go with a rabbit since it has the least health out of all mobs
Sorry, incorrect. Resistance V makes all mobs invincible, no matter the health. And that statement is also incorrect, as the smallest slimes and magma cubes as well as chickens have lower health.
Do the pigs have saddles on them? If so, Joe could use a fishing rod to bring them closer to him so he could get out of the box by riding one. Otherwise...no clue :P.
No, they do not. However, you're on the right track with both of your ideas
The first one is not a bug, as the game has been intentionally programmed to occasionally spawn 4 chickens from 1 egg. I believe the chance is 1 in 32.
The second one is most likely the result of some new rendering changes and errors in the new snapshot, so it is probably a bug.

all stone monster egg blocks. they are the exact same color and all they do is spawn annoying silverfish and it is rarely used in traps for often destroying the project when accidentally breaking an egg,
but dragon eggs aren't even worth the effort and aren't even in the creative inventory, so, i am not into commands
Stone monster egg blocks are useful for stone-based silverfish farms. The idea is that you create a stone generator, silverfish from a stronghold spawner pile into all the stone, and pistons keep moving the new stone monster eggs until you have a giant stone monster egg cube. Then just break some of the stone, throw a poison potion, and watch the madness unfold!
Dragon eggs are intended to be an aesthetic item only. "You beat the dragon, here's your trophy to display for all to see." You can also use them to break bedrock using an interesting 1.9-1.10 glitch.
Tried out the seed "MinecraftDuo4006" (numerical seed, -1299527117) and I gotta say...I'm quite disappointed.
I decided to look around for structures anyway, and after flying around with some maps (yeah, I use the oldschool stuff. You think you're all fancy with your Amidst stuff but I do things the classic way 'round here.), I found 2 ocean monuments, 2 villages, and a desert temple.
I guess there's no point in adding another picture, huh? But I might as well anyway.

Then I spray herbicide on them. Boo hoo, your decomposed body has nothing to fertilize.
I drink a Swiftness potion in real life without looking at the ingredients.

Oh. Well that's good to know.

You probably could download a mod which allows you to wear a cape of your design.

But there is only one God, so that's unfortunately impossible in itself.
I drink a fire resistance potion in real life and jump into fire.

Both correct.
Correct.

Wow, 58 views and no one has solved any of the puzzles yet!
Let's see if I can give some people the satisfaction of solving a puzzle by posting an easier one.
