8.0 is not working for me at all. Every time I try installing the mods they never show up within the minecraft.jar or the mods folder.
Please help, this is the mod pack I like because you include the macro mod.
That's strange, are you getting any errors during installation? If not, try using the "Set Target Minecraft Folder..." and point it to your .minecraft folder.
NOTE: I have received permission from ALL of the Mod developers above to use their mods in this ModPack. Quoted proof of this can be found HERE. These permissions have been verified by a sectional moderator.
I feel a bit dumb for not being able to install it onto my laptop. ^^;; Can anybody help me? I have a 10.5 MacOSX and I tried opening the .jar installer, but this error pops up:
These are the messages I get in Console:

What do I do? >_>
A lot of people have had trouble installing The VoxelModPack on Leopard. I recommend updating to Snow Leopard or Lion.
WorldEdit CUI doesnt work at all. I tried the toggle key for it and even made 2 selections with my wand with Single Player Commands in Single Player of course and it doesnt seem to work. Help?
EDIT: No one?
It appears that the build of WorldEdit CUI included in the current VoxelModPack is incompatible with WorldEdit 5.1. We will look into correcting this incompatibility in the next ModPack update.
Others have been able to successfully install MCPatcher on top of the ModPack. To reduce trouble some users may be having, I have received permission from Kahr to include the mods in MCPatcher in the next ModPack. Expect to see MCPatcher as an option in the next ModPack Installer.
I forgot to update the altered ModPack page to match the main ModPack. As of this time the altered page is no longer necessary. Thank you for pointing this issue out.
I like the TMI ripoff. It's better and it looks better, but it's kind of a copycat of TooManyItems. 5/10 on that. You know why... ?
I was unable to secure permission from Marglyph to use TooManyItems in the VoxelModPack. Having Mumfrey make a TMI clone was to only way to get TMI-like functionality in the ModPack.
Slight problem. Dropbox seems to be going very slowly at the moment (probably due to server overloading).
A dl mirror would be nice as a 1 hour download time for a 30 MByte file is a bit ridiculous.
I would, but it appears the issue has been fixed already.
what do the mod pack exclusives do? I WANT TO KNOW!!!!!!
You can find more information about VoxelEssentials, and VoxelGET on the VoxelModPack VoxelWiki Page. Later today I will write a description page for xT Texture mods. We are in the process of developing a new mod that will replace xT Utilities so I will write a page for the new mod then. Currently xT Utilities Let's control light levels and water visiblility with the 0, -, and = keys. It also allows you to see players names from a much further distance than previously possible.
Hey, I got a problem while I extracting my .zip file. It says "C:\ Users\Naufal\Downloads\The VoxelModPack v7.2.zip: The archuve is either in unknown format or damaged". Can you help me?
Your download is corrupt. Likely related to the issue hornetblack was having with Dropbox. Try redownloading now that Dropbox appears to be running smoothly.
Minecraft 1.0 compatible installer with all the bells and whistles should be available in 1-2 weeks. I have finished hammering out some developer permission issues that had the possibility of becoming a problem. Some last few components still need to be updated. Thorough testing is also still needed. No, I will not be accepting beta testers from Minecraft Forums.
NOTE: Information on the included mods in the installer can found found in the "Included Mods.txt" file included with the installer. Several of the mods (like the item name changing mod) were developed in-house by official VoxelModPack developers and are available exclusively in The Deep Space Turtle Chase installer and The VoxelModPack.
your joking right, you cant honestly play off all those things you wrote as the mod creators giving you permission
Honestly, these quotes by themselves serve very little purpose as I could have very easily made them up; however, if you ask ask any of the mod developers quoted, they will surely confirm that they actually gave me permission (or possibly ignore you because you are wasting their time). In addition, as xIGBClutchIx pointed out: xTiming, xIGBClutchIx, Hurricaaane, and Mumfrey are Official VoxelModPack Developers who have developed mods specifically for The VoxelModPack and other Voxel Box projects.
Regardless, the given proof of permission was a requirement that sectional moderators have verified as being sufficient. As a result, I have been directly given the green light to distribute The VoxelModPack on the Minecraft Forums.
when i use the mod pack the Minaptics acts really weird, When i zoom in it goes into slow camera mode. I believe it is zombe that causes it. (Atleast i think it's that that causes it)
Thank you for pointing this out. I thought the slow camera mode when zoomed was a result of making Minaptics more mod compatible. On further investigation, it appears that Zombe's mods are causing the problem. I will look into fixing this.
Note of clarification: this is not the Deep Space Turtle Chase installer. I did package both The VoxelModPack and The Deep Space Turtle Chase Installer, but they are two separate things.

Are you blind?

It would literally require re-coding ALL of VoxelSniper from scratch. We are still working on features for the multiplayer version.

The only other suggestions I can think of for this error are to try re-downloading the modpack and/or try updating Java.
