Why you want to help : I want to help because I want to be a part of another creative & original server. Honestly, last time I was a apart of an original server was in MC Version 1.5. Even so, I didn't really appreciate the community & creativity of the server because it was either too much like Mineplex or really bad at being a server in general. A fresh start would feel pretty nice and I'm almost sure I'll ace that.
What will you do for the server : Whatever needs to be done. As a co-owner, their responsibility is to be the assistant owner and look over all the admins, mods, builders, and members of the community. I'll help apply new staff, I'll spread the word of the server. When I say anything, I mean I'll do anything relevant to make the server fun & great.
Can you work with limited plugins : Sure. Honestly I hated being in servers with lack of plugins but recently I've been getting into command blocks & if command blocks are allowed, I'll be glad to assist your server.
Can you help pay for the server : Probably. I don't want to persist with a server if it's not good or if it doesn't stand a chance against all major minigame servers.
Any experience : Of course. I've been a mod in 3 servers. LuthaPVP, RiceThink, & GhettoFactions all of which shut down due to maintainance issues and other reasons I don't want to specify. Current Admin in EON Network & small MC Realm.

What experience do you have with staff positions?: Well I've been a staff member on three servers so far. Admin on Venturian Craft which was actually a cracked server/premium server. I was only admin for a year before the server shut down. . Moderator on the server LuthaPVP. A small community server which too shut down because too many people were hacking the server. Lastly, I was an Admin on the infamous server RiceThink which is the reason I want to apply for this server. RiceThink was more a community of people with similar interests rather than a server. Sure there were creative inventions in their server, but most people came to the server because of the people :3
How would you benefit the server?: First off I have a ton of experience with commands. Not simple commands like /kick or /ban. Complex commands such as the case with WorldEdit. Right now I probably can't name much since last time I was a part of staff was like 1 or 2 years ago. Secondly, I'm a very lovable guy :3. Yes I can be a bit immature at times, but that's not the point. Making me a mod will help the community of players enjoy being a part of the server. I make friends very easily and whenever someone depends on me I'm there to help. I get straight A's (And some B's) at school. Many of my teachers and students think I'm a serious person all the time but that's not the case.
What is the role of a Mod?: A mod is like a chocolate chip cookie. Why? Because everyone loves the chocolate chip cookie. As a mod, you should not only assist the newcomers on whatever they don't understand about the game AND server. I understand that many servers across the world have plugins that differ from other servers. I also understand that some players also differ from others. They curse and do inappropriate things. A mod is there to solve the situation by making the player understand what they are doing wrong, how to improve, and telling them to stop or face the consequences. A mod keeps the server clean and fun for everyone to enjoy.
How much time can you dedicate to the server?: Eh. 4-7 hours. (I play for a loooong period of time. Do expect my first week to be a small amount of time. After all Thanksgiving is coming up.
Do you have anything else you would like to add?: Eh...Anime has been a long part in my life ever since RiceThink went downhill. I think that this EON Server idea is the greatest I've ever heard of. Even if I don't get accepted as a moderator I wouldn't mind much. I just want to be a part of another lovely community with similar interests so if you don't accept me...at least give me da IP when the server is complete! /(.-.)\
