I believe this is some problem with quicktime. It is probs only recording the gameplay, the games audio, and your microphone. Try to see if you can change the settings a bit to record other sounds, and if not, my best solution is to get fraps.
It's funny, because I have a similar laptop, and I also got it as a gift. From my experience, it's great for gaming, only if you've got it plugged in and have a fan handy, since sometimes I get overheated (I multitask while gaming).
Also, I thought I saw that you said you "recently bought a new gaming laptop", but in your next post, you said it was a gift "It was a gift, and the person who gave it to me told me it was $2000". If you really bought it, it's kinda not worth it for $2000, but as a gift from someone, it's something you should appreciate.
It runs games like Skyrim, Dota 2, etc. well, Minecraft is a bit... laggy sometimes, but usually fine unless loading dimensions, or playing around with mods. Anyway, I love mine, and use it quite a lot, so I would know a bit about the specs and how well they do, and I would say since yours is quite similar, it scores a 7.5/10.
Yeah sorry about the bought/gift thing. It really was a gift. Editing OP
I have a severe limitation to the number of games that I own. Here are my specs:
Intel Core I7 @ 2.20ghz, 8gb ram, and an Nvidia Geforce GTX 560m with 2gb dedicated.
I have found from experience that it can run borderlands 2 at highest settings going past 60 fps.
It can run Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon at medium settings for around 30fps.
What other games could you reccomend that would be O.K for my setup, under $40, and actually fun.
Games should be similiar to the ones shown, although if you need to know, I'll play almost anything that isn't a racing, sports, or third person game (although, if it dosen't have too many confusing buttons and fun, I'll consider it).
I was thinking about it, and I have another questions for you guys out there who have a loyal fan base. How do you keep your subs engaged?
I think it's really hard to get loyal subs. Some people don't have too many subs but all their subs are super involved and love them. On the other hand, people with a lot of subs might not get many who care about them at all. Does that make any sense?
So can anyone give me tips on how to keep my subs engaged and involved?
I made a sub appreciation event for my channel in hopes to get my subs involved. Do you think it'll work well? How do I do better?
My sub appreciation video:
Sometimes it can be hard, but there are a few things that you can do.
1. Talk with the subs to see what they want.
2. Pretend your interacting with your subs in solo videos
3. One thing you already did, play with your fans.
Sub-Appreation: It worked well enough to get me on board, so I wouldn't worry too much.
Any other advice would be appreciated!! Plus how I can sound more natural or add a bit of humour in my speaking, because I constantly find myself out of words. Thanks!
Being natural comes from speaking fluently and sounding like you blend in with the game.
The humor part is a bit hard. When your trying to use it in video games, humor has to come from unscripted events, I.E: When something goes wrong, When you get in trouble, When you find yourself in a situation in which you could make a clever joke.
You could study this:
Or just try thinking of ways you could incorporate an event or skill or /something/ into humor. Think about your video a little bit before actually making it.
Off topic: Been watching some of your videos, and I'm thinking about putting a formal request for a collaboration.

I would appreciate it if I could get someone else's opinion. How scale starting form 1 to 10, about how good do you believe this PC is?

Obivous example of a person not wanting to do much work. From an actual viewpoint however......
Keep the texture pack, people don't really like default.
Commentating really varies from lets play to lets play. This lets play, your doing perfect.
TIPS
-------------------
1. Be more confident
2. Be more loud. (not screaming, just assertive)
3. Humor is a plus. Try adding it at some places.
I would also like to see how you commentate on collabs.
