    Shattered Glass

    Now, while Mojang was thinking of the future, I was thinking a new way to improve the blocks that were already added to the game like the Glass.

    Breaking glass drops nothing, but let's make it drop something, make a use of glass.

    So, how does the Shattered Glass works? Well, it works the same way as Glow stones.

    You break the glass, it drops shattered glass. Same way as the real life glass.
    This works the same for Glass pane.

    So, to craft Glass, you must have 4 shattered glass. The Crafting Recipe goes like this

    :Glass:= Shattered Glass

    [] [] []
    [ :Glass: ] [ :Glass: ] []
    [ :Glass: ] [ :Glass: ] []

    And also, if you break the glass, it will drop 3 shattered glass instead of nothing.

    So that's how it works!

    Now, this isn't a complain to minecraft or anything.

    But, I just wanted to point out something.

    It's just so odd that Fortress Craft and Castle Miner is copying Minecraft and yet, Mojang doesn't sue them!

    But when Mojang named the game Scrolls, Bethesda sue Mojang just for copying their games name [Elder Scrolls: Skyrim]

    Mojang should start getting fierce and sue FC and CM [Fortress Craft & Castle Miner] because they are copying Minecraft.

    FC and CM is already getting on my nerves. Sometimes, they get the Reputation not Minecraft.

    That is all.

    This idea might be overpowered, but let's give it a try,

    I was thinking how about a Portable Temperature Sensor where you can equip it and place it at your player's arm

    How does this work?

    Well, you have to equip it. Once you have equip it, a bar ranging from blue all the way to red will appear. Blue means cold , Red means hot. So, if you're mining and you notice the bar goes
    to the red section, it means either lava is under or near you or it means you are in the nether. So, it's useful for mining down without worrying if there's lava under you.

    Now, for me, the problem with today's biome is a lack to trees. Before you come to conclusions and say 'Find a Mountain Biome with trees on it.', I have and most of the mountain biomes are the same. Last time (before 1.8), the mountain biomes had all sort of elements like trees, water, beach, animals and others.
    But now, it looks like its lesser than before. The biomes before 1.8 combines such as Tundra + Mountain, now the biomes really mean what they mean.

    This is a mountain biome i found.


    Last time, it uses to be more like a combination of either Taiga Biome + Mountain Biome or Forest Biome + Mountain Biome.
    But this isn't a exact picture of what it looks like last time but this is to help you understand what Mountain Biomes needs to be.


    Yes, I know that I am very dumb to create this kind of thread and people will disagree with me and hate on me but I just felt
    that it needs to be talked about.

    I only have 4 tips for you finding diamonds... sorry about that..

    My tips work for me, but I don't know if it works for you xD
    I did not copy this tips from anywhere, I made it,

    Okay, while following my tips, i found a total number of 56 diamonds. Here it goes!

    Things needed: 4-5 Iron Pickaxes, A Bucket of Water (Incase if you fall into lava), Full Stack of torches, Flint and steel (For Bombing xD) and :tnt: Tnts!

    :Diamond: We all know that Diamonds can be found on layer 16 and below. :Diamond:


    1) :Lava: You can mostly find diamonds near lava. :Lava:



    2) :log: Make sure you mine a big shaft/tunnel :log:

    3) :ironore: And the most greatest tip (for me) is that Diamonds can be found among other ores! So make sure you mine above, under left and right the ores :ironore:



    4) :tnt: If this tip doesn't work, then try BLOWING UP!! the place with tnts. But make sure you place the tnt in the correct place. Trust your instinct :smile.gif: :tnt: (Not so good tip :sad.gif: )

    I've only made one serious branch mine so far, but I found... I think it was about 15 diamonds fairly quickly. I also found a ton of redstone, iron, coal, gold and lapis. What it does is that instead of making a big hole to find ore, you make tunnels quite close to eachother to eliminate almost every possibility that ore will not be visible in at least one tunnel. Works like a charm, it's structured and it looks good.
