Think before you post. This is the suggestions forum.

On topic: I don't really like this idea, it doesn't serve much purpose.
    At all.
    Whatsoever.

I understand xD This doesn't really suit minecraft doesn't it?
    Quote from NatePie

The Paradise biome doesn't exist. Yes, this is a SUGGESTION FORUM. Not a Demand-Notch-To-Add-Your-Ideas-Into-The-Game forum.

You're saying it "will" have maple trees and "will" have birds that chirp. You're saying it "is" rare to find and that you "can" find one.

^ Implying they already are in the game.

    Okay. ^.^

Hello there, its me again with a new suggestion but I will leave the feedbacks to you because I don't know if this is a good idea or not.

    Paradise

Paradise is a NEW biome but are tougher and rarer to find! Rarer than the mushroom biomes.

    Why is this so?

Paradise is a place in which existence is positive, harmonious and timeless. It will have

    -Maple trees
    -Birds that chirp
-Filled with trees! [Dark Logs, Maple Logs etc]
-Beautiful Mountains. [Not to mention how EPIC! it is]
    and such.

It will be the perfect location to build a home! That is why it very hard to find
You won't even spawn into one because of its epicness.

    [epic] Paradise [/epic]

    :smile.gif:

If you found one, then you are one of the lucky ones!

    Happy mining!

I agree, this is a pretty good idea, quite original too.

Also, I like your crafting recipe better than OP's, it makes more sense.

This is a brilliant idea, and of course, if you were getting close to a taiga or tundra biome it would go down.

You should add this to the main post OP

    Thanks Jellomob!

    EDIT: Edited Aswell.

It decreased because they have gotten stronger.

Really? They look the same to me. But different modes should have different rates of mobs spawning.

When I mean mobs, i mean aggressive mobs. Yes, the one that spawns in night and attack you.

I've just built myself a auto-dispenser and was trying to test it out. But for 1 whole night in Minecraft, there was 1 or 2 mobs that I saw far away. I didn't set my mode to peaceful. I set it to hard. But it seems that the mobs are now tougher to find.

    What's going on?

    Happy Mining and Cobalting :biggrin.gif:

Cool idea, but it makes mining too "easy". Maybe someone could make a temperature sensor mod.

Btw, this is my recipe idea:
    :obsidian: :Lava: :obsidian:
    :obsidian: :Red: :obsidian:
    :obsidian: :Water: :obsidian:

    :Lava: = lava bucket
    :Red: = redstone
    :Water: = water bucket

I have requested it! xD but the recipe looks not like the way I imagined it. But thank you for the suggestion! :biggrin.gif:

This idea might be overpowered, but let's give it a try,

I was thinking how about a Portable Temperature Sensor where you can equip it and place it at your player's arm

    How does this work?

Well, you have to equip it. Once you have equip it, a bar ranging from blue all the way to red will appear. Blue means cold , Red means hot. So, if you're mining and you notice the bar goes
to the red section, it means either lava is under or near you or it means you are in the nether. So, it's useful for mining down without worrying if there's lava under you.

:Blue: :Blue: :Blue: :Teal: :Teal: :Teal: :Red: :Red: :Red: :Lava: :Lava: :Lava:

    Crafting [Rough]

    :tnt: = Redstones
    :Lava: = Lava Bucket
    :Water: = Water Bucket

    :tnt: :tnt: :tnt:
    :tnt: :Lava: :tnt:
    :tnt: :Water: :tnt:

    Hope you like my idea

    Happy Mining :biggrin.gif:

It's actually a very good idea. Maybe a diffrent recipie though, possily like this?

Red Wool being redstone and lava and wter being their respective buckets.

    :Iron: :Iron: :Iron:
    :Lava: :Red: :Water:
    :Iron: :Iron: :Iron:

Yes, A very excellent recipe! Thanks!

I really want to give it a twist to it. But something like the clock and compass are great for temperatures sensors

    Quote from LittleBreadLoaf

Could it also be helpful for finding biomes? So if you see the temperature go up, then you are getting close to a desert.

    Quote from McNebula

Beautiful idea! Yes, it could be!

Look's like my brain hasn't wake up...

Since deserts are normally hot, we can find them by using the temperature sensor.

I will be very very very grateful if it is possible for a professional mod creator to create this so I can try it out and test it and see if its suitable for a game!

I know people are busy but this would be a 1 in a lifetime opportunity.

i like the basis idea. the details need some tweaking though. maybe it sits on the hot bar at the bottom like a compass and works there. i also think it won't change instantly and has a bit of lag to it like a real thermometer,
