posted a message on Favorite car?

Hmmm....can't really think of a specific car that would be my favorite, but if I had a garage with ten bays, this is what I've have:

    2012 Audi R8 V10

    2012 Aston Martin DBS Volante

    2000 Ferrari 550 Maranello

    1990 Ferrari F40

    2016 Ford Focus RS

    2005 Ford GT

    2016 Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible

    2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata

    2005 Porsche Carrera GT

    1998 Toyota Supra Turbo

Everything with a real manual transmission (no paddle shift crap). Been driving a Tiptronic for about four months now and hate it, can't wait to go back to a real manual.

Meet my wife in a X-Files chat room on my WebTV back in 1998. Back then, while it was possible, if one had the equipment not so readily available now, one could still send a digital picture. But I didn't have one so she mailed me a photograph. I still drove 600 miles to where she lived, and she came back home with me. We are going on 17 years of marriage.

    Congrats!

But I just want to know how you explained that to everyone's parents.

Oh, and they also need to like Top Gear. That's a must.

Yes I forgot that. If Top Gear ever gets their crap together anyway.

I saw this and simply had to add my 2 cents. For me, I already have the woman of my dreams. It's not how she looks, or how much she weighs, or her hair color. It's her flaws. That is what I love about her. Her high pitched squeal when she gets excited. Her naiveness. Her misunderstanding of most modern cultural references. The way she snorts while laughing sometimes.

Granted there are a few things about her that drive me bonkers but I love her for that. Just don't get me started on looking into her eyes. It's like the whole universe rests in those eyes.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you. But I think there has to be some form of physical attraction for any relationship to last.

After all, how did most of our parents meet?

Might as well chime into my own thread....my dream girl would be about average height, good body and all that good stuff, tan and athletic, kind but sort of aggressive, and HAS to be into cars and like driving a manual transmission (don't ask why....). Has to be into music as well, specifically the kind that I listen to (which is mostly rock).

Also, I'm not crazy about hair color, but if she'd have to have either bright blue or green eyes.

Yes I would probably give it a try. I'm kind of bad at parkour but I do like parkour maps.

    Or something like that.

Not sure if we've ever had one of these on here, so....

Title should explain it pretty well. Describe your perfect partner, and how you'd want them to look, act, etc.

Interested to see what everyone will say.

I listen to aggressive music. For some reason, playing something like "Killing In The Name" by Rage Against The Machine helps cheer me up.

You're welcome! Yes, the leather can take a bit, but if you already have cows breeding it won't take long. With the reeds, just knock 'em down so they're one block high (and will continue to grow), then replant everything you just gathered. That will also net you exponential growth, so you'll be doing level 30 enchants in no time. Don't bother building a sugarcane farm at this point; just find a good sized lake or river and use that for now. You can make something nicer (and smaller) later!

Yes, in fact, 15 is the maximum number that the game will consider, meaning, adding more than 15 does not change your enchantments in any way. I usually add a few more to make it look nice and balanced, but that's completely for aesthetics and has no bearing on performance.

That's what I'm working on! I've got a sugar cane farm consisting of about 40 (or so) sugar cane bases, nothing fancy or anything, but I'll run out there every now and then and chop each one down to one block. And right now I've got seven cows...four of them are still growing, but once they mature, I'll be able to breed a lot more quickly.

It was lowered to 15 in 2012 with version 1.3

Oh thanks. I guess I missed that when it was announced (or maybe forgot lol). I'd been browsing YouTube about how to construct enchanting rooms and they were all built with 30 bookshelves. I guess the vids were made before 1.3 and I didn't catch any comments that mentioned the update.
