also to add to it would like there to be a specific goal in mind for the server. (ex: medival based, just a few friends building for a while, eventually rp, and/or so on)

As for your issue with pvp don't worry pvp is turned off in the zones/towns/villages
I need a good RP fantasy like server with cities(or can help make city)
PVP is an issue ive had with other servers, I would like either PVP limited to arenas or respect not to kill everyone and destroy everything.
Factions/Guilds would be nice.
Rules to be strictly followed as well plz.
Summation: Would like RP and fun projects that stick to the RP element and design. I may be leaving previous server do to harassment and constant death by traitors in factions do to srious lack of moderation and rules that never where followed.
