You know most of the devs working with us are doing so just to release the server (By the end of the month.), but I suppose there would be absolutely no harm in offering cuts of the donations. I just feel unsure about offering money I don't yet concretely have. I would also want to show the Artist the server and talk with him before actually hiring him. To be honest the server already has texture artists I just need somebody to dish out some nice armor textures quickly so I can field my npcs.
If the standard is to pay resource pack artists I think I would want to offer money once I had the funds from the server shop, and not before. Anyhow thanks for the information, I'll be looking into commission and the link you sent me.
I work over at the AerisGaming network, they have decided to let me make a new fallout server to compliment their already existing one. I need a 32 by 32 texture pack artist to make armor textures for me. If you are interested please PM me.
We are almost done making a server called Fallout: Desolate Roads. It's a big project and it's being sponsored by Aeris Gaming. The Aeris community is big enough that I and my team have decided to truly create the best experience possible. To do this we have created a 1 by 1 replica of New Vegas. But we need the expertise of devs out there to help us fine tune our plugins.

Just posting here because my attempts to contact "Pilot" the moderator who took our inactive thread down have failed. I am rebooting an older server: "Fallcraft New Vegas", and I need a moderator to open up the thread again.

This is because I am seeking to reboot the popular Fallcraft: New Vegas objective server. In its prime the server had lots of traffic and a fun and engaging atmosphere and staff. The map created for over two years was a complete 1 by 1 recreation of the Fallout New Vegas map complete with all the locations. We also had factions, lots of players, capturable towns, fantastic pvp and Roleplay, guns and more. I will not go into further detail as the thread is still up. A big player base is waiting to rejoin and a crew of professional staff are waiting to get those donations rolling out the door. Because war is business.
