You have left out a ' at the end of '&a[Badass]&f on line 101. As seen here. Also I'm not entirely sure if this is true, but you might not be able to give permission groups the same rank. Both VIP & Badass have '700' as their rank. Try changing this.

Are you sure that this is the corresponding error report and permissions file that you are using? The error report refers to line 282, yet your permission file is not this large.

Please place your permission file into a pastbin and then reply here with a link & what permission plugin you are using. We can't help without that.

I'm pretty sure that essentials chat does not affect the TAB list. What plugin's are you using?

There is probably another plugin that add's the prefix's to the TAB list.

I don't use bPermissions, but the issue might be that you have a plugin which blocks building. Is bukkit.build a permission from a plugin that you have? As I am not aware that it is a real permission included with Bukkit...

Also try to use the following as spacing can be important and 'permissions' must always have a ':' at the end:

Parsers generally don't help much with permissions

Are you using any Bukkit name tag commands which edit the name above your head? (it's color etc..)

Name's which exceed a certain length will not have skins with name tag plugins.

Otherwise what version of Minecraft is your server?

At the end of time probably, but in seriousness they will most likely stop when it becomes too un-lucrative. So once sales reach a point that the cost of developing is more than these sales, but this is unlikely any time soon. Updates are fun, interesting and improve the game which in my opinion is something worthwhile.

Whilst mods/servers are definitely impacted by updates they are not used by the full hundred percent of people who play Minecraft. If you play a much earlier version of Minecraft you will actually realize the huge difference updates make to the game and why they *hopefully* don't stop soon.

The infraction was probably that you only posted an image, and nothing else. Posts should include more than a single/multiple pictures and have some discussion in them. Hope that clears it up.

I believe removing the indent for line 72 should fix your problem. The permission '- essentials.build' should be on the same line as the other permissions.

The '\t' error message generally means you have used tab when writing the permissions and need to replace the tab with four spaces.
