He got angry a few pages back from talk like that. Generally dont anger the benefactor.
P.S. I'm defensive because:
A) This is the best custom server
:cool.gif: The developers release updates fast
C) They aren't asking for donations, so at the least, people should be nice when asking for stuff and stop "demanding".
Note to self: Don't post right after waking up, you come off the wrong way.
Played it, loved it. The first time i played it, that same night i had sleepwalking nightmares. Not fun running around your room at 4am trying to get away from the snorklers.
Whatever you do: DO NOT GET CLEAR SKY.
It's a buggy POS. I got around half way through it and cant finish it because a quest is bugged. Tons of other users suffer from similar problems (ranging from bugged missions to random crashing) and the sad thing about it is the developer refuses to release a patch.
Call of Pripyat apparently doesnt suffer from these problems though. They actually did thorough QA before releasing.
I noticed that CPU usage still occasionally spikes. It's not using 100% anymore which is awesome, but occasionally it spikes to 30%. During these spikes i dont know if anyone is in the server though.
Here's a chart to show you what im talking about:
There's 4 cores in that graph, but the one that my MineCraft server is running off of is the grey one.
(My server is 2x Intel Xeon 3Ghz (Each CPU is dual core), 4GB Ram, OC-48 Backbone with 12MB bandwidth)

That kind of talk is insulting to a dev. Stop acting like a child that feels he's entitled to something just because he wants it.
Maybe if you donated money while demanding that, it would be lessen the insult.

They stole my dad's shoe. Saw them dragging it into the bushes. Figured it would still be there in the morning. It wasn't.

I didnt mean any disrespect by it :sad.gif:
Your releases are actually a lot faster than most other things (non minecraft ones), so you've got that to be proud of :wink.gif:

Also, when chatting through the server app. Ingame, any of that text looks like: txtInput.Text
Looks like you might need to do some beta testing before releasing. I can help with that.

I tried that and it still displays as public.
Also, what do the new other options do?
Also, AWESOME job at getting the update out so fast. Can i mirror the server zip on my minecraft site?
