the zero suit replaced the justin bailey code. and it doesnt make any sense. as the zero suit never had the abilities of the power suit. she has a dinky pistol and can crawl.
the justin bailey code should allow me to see my skin and hide my armor. that includes the zero suit.
No, it shouldn't all you to see your skin, as that's not what justin bailey ever did. What it did was allow you to play as samus without her suit e.g. zero suit, but you still were able to use all the abilities.

Years I've been gone from Minecraft, longer since I checked this forum...only the rare glimpse into old servers with old friends, to see what new tidbits Mojang had added, before hopping off after a half-hour or so. Yet in all that time, I knew that if I ever returned to Minecraft, your creation, your masterpiece would be one of the only key certainties to where I would decide to start, Azanor. I don't think that I ever will play this game like I once did, but what you created in Thaumcraft inspired me deeply, and was one of the very first sources I used to begin understanding game development at a deeper level. Your dedication to intricate lore, hinting at things beyond what the player can yet learn...your constant focus on bringing actions out of GUIs and into the world itself, while still understanding what's better-handled without that transition...and perhaps most of all, your establishment of a sense of permanence in progress and growth as the player delves into your work...I've seen whole games not reach this level of cohesive quality, let alone a mod for a game that seems to do everything in its power to hinder their development. So know that in any future projects of mine, no matter how big or small, I'll be thinking back in some way to my days sitting by a distiller, waiting for crafting tables to break down so I could crack open a bit more reasearch.
Thank you, Azanor, for everything that you've done, and everything you will do for the world of gaming. We stand now on the shoulders of giants, and one of them happens to be a raygun-toting jellyfish. Stay safe, keep your chin up, and enjoy all the wonders life holds for you in these coming days.

...why do people still post here? This version of the mod is dead...as in, no more updates, no support. Nobody is going to help you. It's done. Go check out Legend Gear 2 if you want updated content.

Dragon Mounts uses a completely separate model from the Vanilla Ender Dragon, so that's of no issue whatsoever.

1. You can't get sued for copying someone's mod, as they can't copyright it. You can, however, get a C&D and have your copied mod taken down.
2. Why not just backport it and send the file to these guys to distribute? I'm sure they wouldn't mind someone else doing some work for them, and I would love to be able to include this in my 1.7.10 modpack at some point.

....literally one post above you. One post. Please, read it. Please.

That's a bug with Optifine D1. Switching back to C1 should solve several of your issues.

I'd honestly prefer everything be ironed out in 1.7, first. With the rate Minecraft is going, by the time the mod is fully updated to 1.8 or 1.9, Vanilla will have updated to 1.10.

This kind of patience is why you're the CM.

The thirty day limit is in place to stop people from changing their username constantly, which prevents trolls from being able to constantly assume a new identity to pester other players. They're forced to keep their new name for a certain duration, which leaves them accountable to it for that long. It's also designed so that your old username is still only usable by you for a few days after your name change probation is up.
And yes, Mojang has every right to tell you what you can and can't do with their game features on their account servers. So they want to say you can't name change? You can't name change. Be grateful you get to do so to begin with - for the longest time, you were stuck with what you made when you started.
And if the owner of the server you're playing on seriously can't figure out how to rename a file, you should probably go find a different server to play on, because that's downright frightening.
As to the ongoing topic of multi-dimensional Flux, I think it would be most practical to simply have it affect things more violently in other dimensions. Consider this fact: the Nether and End are, inherently, far more magical places than the Overworld. They contain many mystical properties which leave them saturated in magical energies, so much so that they both have a unique "flavor" of magic all their own (Infernum and Alienis respectively). Doesn't it then make sense that Flux, which is magical potential gone wrong, would react more violently and catastrophically when exposed to the increased magical potential of those two dimensions? And, furthering that, if someone were daft enough to cause Flux in the Outer Lands, I imagine it would have even more terrifying consequences. That realm is quite literally as close as a Thaumaturge can get to the very source of magic without becoming an Eldritch being themselves.

Amen to this. The fact that he doesn't allow it in modpacks is actually a very probably reason he isn't getting more money from it. Personally, I'm disinclined to even use the mod for that very reason, in spite of the tremendous quality and amount of work behind it, much less donate to contribute to its development. I honestly think he'd see a lot more support and patronage if he changed his stance on these things.
Of course, I'm also one to say that almost all mods should be open-sourced at some point, but I don't see that happening either..
