Okay so I downloaded the new version of minecraft when it came out, I started working on my own texture pack a while back, I'm sure this is not my texture pack because it was fine and updated but it is still a WIP but when I downloaded modloader my grass texture has gone completely glitchy like the default grass texture combined with my texture.

I would love to join, I've been looking for a community to join that wasn't exactly too popular and my friends never have time to play minecraft with me so I thought I'd try to meet new people.
so I've been looking around for something similar to the game Prototype developed by Radical Entertainment and published by Activision for the PC Xbox 360 and PS3.
I haven't found anything, so I was wondering if it were possible if someone could make a kind of mod where you could consume players or mobs and you have the option to disguise into that player or mob as a type of camouflage. and also have some of the powers like the blade, claws, hammerfists, whipfist, armor, etc. like what you would get from the Prototype 1 and 2 game upgrades.
If upgrades were to work out it might have to be a crafted item for the weapons but it would be a pretty great idea. Maybe have a new item that you'd have to get from infected mobs that will help you craft these specific items.
The blade would be the crafting recipe of a sword but instead of the wood, iron, etc. it would be the special infected material that you get from via the infected mob.
Claws would probably work as maybe a kind of gloves recipe kinda like footwear but it would work like
(:Iron: = infected material)
instead of...
for the boots recipe
Hammerfists would probably be the same recipe as the claws except maybe add 2 stone and 2 infected material instead of 4 infected material.
Whipfists would work kind of like a fishing pole say when people go fishing for mobs and stuff like that, but will actually inflict damage to that certain mob.
Also a rare dropped item from the infected mobs that will let you turn into the mob or player your crossfire is on and would work for the disguise feature.
it would be awesome if someone could come up with something like that...
