Hey Thanks for making this mod. I am using version 1.3.2 on a FTB Monster server I am hosting. I have had my sever crash because of the spike trap issue that is fixed in 1.3.3. Can I use this updated version and rename it 1.3.2? Otherwise I am not sure if players could connect unless they update their client version of the mod as well.
As server OP it does not seem to affect the abilities in regards to the mod. For regular players if they already had the gene it ****s up their chat and spams THIS IS BANNED so fast that they cannot see anything in chat. They can also still use the abilities. Is there anyway to disable the genes? The config does not seem to do the trick unless I have done something wrong.
Have a FTB Monster modpack server that uses advancedGenetics_v1.4.1 (what it says in the mods folder). I cannot get the configs to disable creeper explosions and ghast explosions. I have both of those values set to =false and it has no effect ingame.
Wtf? I was shocked when i got on the server, almost every single thing is banned.... Nuclear reactor, most of EE tools, all rings, RM furnace, mining laser, EVERY SINGLE EXPLOSIVE IN GAME, you can have only 10 collectors and 5 relays.......... Of course donators ARE allowed to dupe, grief and be invicible. Almost nobody plays here (look at how many people are on the server...) and almost everything is banned. I don't recommend playing on this server. It simply sucks.
If you knew anything about a running a server then you would know that the tekkit devs are known for having buggy releases. The nuclear reactors are banned temporarily because they crash the server whenever anyone uses them. Collectors shred servers because of how they are coded so we limit them when many other server ban them completely. Donators are not allowed to dupe and if they do they are banned immediately, we don't even allow them the duping items so I am not sure where that is coming from. We allow a lot of EE many servers do not, this includes almost all of the RM tools and RM armor. And what smart server allows explosives? Not a very long-lasting one. Either play or don't, but don't come complaining on here.
We try to mitigate some of the things we must sacrifice with some other cool plugins like magicspells and clans which has been extremely popular. Come on our server and ask questions if you like. Let me also add that we unban items when we can. I will be unbanning dupe items like black hole bands and RM furnaces once I get a patch for it which should be coming out soon.
If you were banned for a reason such as that then you obviously were banned by an admin and for a reason like spam advertisement or harassment. We do not let people appeal who do things like that. So you aren't getting unbanned. For everyone else the place to appeal is at craftymine.net/appeal and not on the forums.
EDIT: I was correct, had an admin tell me you were banned for harassment. Don't waste space posting on here please. We like to foster a mature environment here.

We are a tekkit server with a twist, we allow EE and also have 4 clans to join that have specific spells, which will you choose? There is the Ignis Clan with Fire and Light based magicks, there is also the Zephyr Clan with Wind and Weather based magicks, the Nox Clan with Darkness and Stealth based magicks, and finally the Terra Clan with Earth and Defensive/Healing magicks. But don't just hear it from me, here is a cool and funky picture I made in 5 minutes!

There is absolutely no griefing on this server, and any attempts at griefing will be undone and the griefer banned immediately. The server uses a multitude of anti grief plugins to combat griefers, Residence being one of them.
The server can be joined immediately, but to get /home privileges you will need to post your IGN on this thread and join a clan.
------- Donations ------ Donations are most appreciated, but are in no way compulsory. Donating is your choice, and you wont ever feel pressured into it. If you do feel like Donating however, all of the money goes straight into server upgrade/upkeep costs. You will be handsomely compensated in-game for your donations with ranks and perks, all of which can be seen at the spawn or by typing /warp perks.
