What you would do if someone was hacking and you are left to your own devices: if i didn't have permissions to ban him i would report to a person who does have the permissions and later contact the owner, if i had the permissions i would ban him temporarily and then tell the owner for further actions.
What you would do if someone was spamming and you are left to your own devices: ask them to stop nicely if they don't temp mute them for 1 hour, then i would monitor him, when he time is up i will see if he continues and decide weather i should mute him permanently then contact the owner.

I am a twelve year old boy with nothing to do, i speak two languages and am very smart, i would like to do something related to a team, i think this is a great experience that is about to come, i am very kind to everyone whom i play with. As a admin i will constantly ask for what the owner what do you need help with, once you give me a task i will start it then i will finish it, a thing that will make me fit in more would be the fact it is a RPG server. i have played games from Earthbound- Pokemon... also i am very capable because i have been staff on multiple server and can help give you good tips for advertising to using plugins, the plugins i am best at is World Guard, World Edit, Kit maker, Crates, Factions, PEX, Group manager. as a manager i would ask the other staff what they need help with and make a weekly or daily files that i would give to the owner and i would recruit all of the staff for them as well as help configure plugins and teach it to all of the staff. a good trait i have as a admin is a great eye for hackers, i will be able to get the hackers whom had found a way to bypass your anti hack plugin out. i am also quite mature for my age some of my friends say i am to serious, while i am doing my jobs i will also be playing with new players and showing them things that they might of not known.
