Experience With Position: I have had a lot of experience as a Manager and Owner. Lets start with Manager, as a Manager I would typically be in charge for 3 things, Staff, Events, and the website and shop. In relation to staff I would be the main recruiter when I am looking for a few things, maturity, the right amount of experience, and their compatibility with our current team. When they become staff I will keep an eye on all of the staff looking at there interaction with players, overall activity on the server and how they are helping our community grow. If I feel that they are doing an excellent job in all of these sections I will consider them for a rank promotion. Now for events when I am doing events I will often post polls on the website on what I am thinking on doing and have the community decide for me so the players have a chance to feel like an important part to our community. An event I was thinking about was to have a holiday themed mob tower with powerful mobs to fight for big rewards. Finally website management on the website I would do my best to come on daily and reply to the communities questions and suggestions and send them up to you the owner for further discussion. As an owner I try to get all of the plugins set up for the server making schedules for work during the development stage. After we release I try to bring what the community wants as well as make the players feel like a part of our community

If you were in a situation you couldn't handle, what would you do? Well typically I would try to contact another staff member to help me if that fails. Then I will try to handle the situation but it really wouldn’t be with efficient and I would hope never to run into this situation.

What is are your experiences: I have had a lot of previous experience, I have been a developer on a small server, an owner, admin, co-owner, helper, moderator, builder and staff manager. as a helper, I would go around the server watching the players making sure there was no harassment at all. As a moderator I would have taken care of 1 lobby in the process I would be playing with players we would use cosmetics together, about every hour I would check reports and if that player was still on I would watch them see if I can get my own evidence and make a decision. As an Admin I would be assigned a group of “trainee’s” and Moderators to watch over, I would also report to the owner weekly about their behavior and the ones who had stood out. As a Staff manager I would be in charge of recruitment and promotions, I would watch over all of the staff but I would look more carefully at the admins to make sure they weren’t abusing, in this position I had a promotion schedule which would be about 1 person every month unless I felt they deserved it then. Co-Owner as a co-owner I would help manage the forums give the owner ideas listen to the staff manager and tell the owner my choices before I did it. as an owner, I had complete power and could to what I wanted
What are your specialties: Well I am very good at configuration and website development and I am able to code but I am not yet comfortable and would not like to do plugin Development as a part of my job. I know about 50 plugins and am always willing to learn new plugins
What can you do to support us: Well I can help you in many ways whether it is building configurations moderation administration or management. I will be glad to do anything I can to help the server grow I will try to come up with a server name that pleases you and approach any task that is thrown at me so I can help the server to the greatest of my abilities
