    This is a bad problem with the ATI Radeon HD 5000~ cards (I have the same problem and I'm running an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 card) Apparently our display drivers don't handle the algorithms in the shaders well at all. Though, the CUDA shaders I've been using that were changed to work for AMD actually DO WORK. But after a bit of play they randomly crash my display drivers. They run very nicely, and are the only nice running shaders I have currently. It's too bad I have risk of my display drivers crashing with them :/

    The textures that would have been in update 1.2.1 are nearly complete, but I've decided to put everything on hold until 1.8. I've been working on conceptualization for a massive mod for 1.8 that will include more materials, and that's been taking up most of the time I would otherwise be using for programming. 1.2 is completely stable, and should hopefully tide anyone who enjoys the mod over until 1.8.

    Now I just gotta bide my time until 1.8 forge comes out to start work on that once the concept is done. xD

    Yes, the 1.5.2 version does not work with v10 shaders.

    This bug has been here since shadows for GLSL shaders were first implemented. It cannot be solved. Above the surface, some chunks are not rendered, so the sun can shine light directly into caves. It's not the shader's fault as much as it is Minecraft's render engine.

    Anyhow, thanks for the quick update! Since i am very talented in following exactly the instructions but ca'nt get those things to work, i wo'nt test the mod right now.
    For example, i followed EXACTLY the Forge Install instructions in 1.5(?) but it did not work. In not even one of my 10 tries. I switched to MagicLauncher because of that, but it has some probs with the Shaders atm. No big deal, this way i am able to enjoy Optifines Extreme Render Distance with great fps (>70) - could be worse^^
    No... It's a bug if they're supposed to be waving >_>...

    I noticed you only start to slide towards the center of the ship when you turn SW or NW (They are the most intense) But East, NE, and SE, don't cause you to slide towards the center.
