I am a fun, caring, friendly admin, with lots to offer. I have stability, among others, and I also (as stated above) do not need training in almost ANY plugins, as I know them all perfectly. I have owned 17 servers, and counting. I also have wonderful ideas on how to grow, populate, and build servers up to the highest potential possible. In 3 days of my hosted, and personally owned server OptimusCraft!, I had 273 unique players. 50 of which stayed on untill we closed.
(I will eleborate on the closing of that server at a later time. Its a long, and sad story.)
