May i suggest blaze rods instead/as an alternative 4 nether quartz sticks, nice mod btw.

Yeah, when I rewrite this mod I'll probably do that instead. The only reason I used quartz sticks in the first place was because I was bad at texturing back then and couldn't figure out how to change the color to anything different than white XD.
nice map! I can feel the chill when playing and sometimes I freak out LOL. One more thing, you should tell the player which difficulty to play with, for I played on Peaceful (I don't know if mobs will spawn in dark places) so I missed some fun parts
Here is my Let's Play video.
*SPOILER ALERT*
Thanks for playing my map! Anyways, when you start it up it internally changes your difficulty to higher than peaceful with command blocks, and an update that I'm putting out soon should make the jumpscares and monsters more troublesome. Thanks again for the feedback!
"They locked us up like a bunch of rabid animals. We saw it, we know we did.
It visits us every night, our white rooms.
They still refuse to believe us.
Some have gone insane...
And some have gone even further..."
THE (BETTER) PREQUEL TO THIS MAP HAS BEEN RELEASED, GRIEF!
THIS IS NO LONGER INTENDED TO BE THE SEQUEL TO GRIEF AS A REMAKE IS IN THE WORKS
As you feebly try to escape the asylum, you encounter various victims, insane prisoners, and even the apparition himself.
However, you are going through a state of manic denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and inevitably acceptance, known as the Kübler-Ross model.
The success of my last map inspired me to re-imagine/remake the original map, The Maze, with all-new content and extended features, coupled with special 1.8 commands.
Please leave feedback/constructive criticism on what you thought about the map, as your suggestions will make the later parts of increased quality and quantity. Working on Anger right now...

***SPOILERS!***
Be prepared, 'cause this map has tricks up it's sleeve..
If you liked this map, please take a second or two to press that green arrow to give it some reputation. I spent 24+ hours making this map, and that would really give me/it some support.

Hello everyone, MahTamato here! I bring you, back from the dead, another Feed The Beast let's play!
Having Gregtech taken out has basically changed the entire foundation of the modpack for me, and I try to cope with the mind-boggling things in Tinker's Construct and Ars Magica 2, not knowing what's to come next (I'm using the Direwolf20 pack).
So, without further or do,
Enjoy!
Episode 1: Our Adventure Begins!
Stay 'till after the outro for something... odd, to say the least...
Episode 2: Diamonds!
Episode 3: Smeltery!
Episode 4: Into The Nether
Remember to give feedback, and leave a like if you enjoyed. Or maybe even if you didn't enjoy. I don't really care, just do it anyways!
Anyways, expect lots more in the future! Thanks for watching!
MahTamato, I'm asking if I can use this mod in my mod pack?
Your mod perfectly fit my mod pack because it is all about mobs.
I need mods that add new mobs into Minecraft and I found this amazing mod.
By the way, if you are going to say yes to every Mod Pack question, add a little thing at the end saying This mod is ____ and ____ be use for Mod Packs and extra stuffs like credits and link & stuffs.
Yup, you can use this mod in your mod pack. I'll put the little thing at the end, I'm a little bit silly not having done that already.
Hello! I am planning on making a modpack, and i was wondering if i could use your mod. It will be completely private. It would mean alot to me if i could, and thank you for making an amzing mod!
Of course you can you my mod in your modpack! Thanks for the compliment, much more content coming soon.
Will it still be for 1.6.4 or are you changing it to a higher version? I don't care, just curious.
Yes, it will be for 1.7.4 once MCP (the thing I, and most others, use to program the mods) updates. It is currently back in 1.6.4 because of how majorly 1.7 changed the code.
Also, when 1.7 comes, GIANT changes to how the machines work (hint, hint - Multiblock). Already have that part programmed for 1.6, just not released yet.
Says it is in Beta, guessing this hasn't been updated?
It hasn't been updated yet, but I am currently almost finished with it. I've been doing a lot of stuff lately, so when I get a chance, I will most certainly finish it.

Nope, only when I tell them to.

Yup, you got it, I put that in there just for the Whovians!

When the Minecraft Coder Pack comes out for 1.7, I'm planning on adding a couple things, including more challenging mobs/mini-bosses.
