Plugins you are familiar with: Essentials is the only one I can think of off the top of my head. It has been a while since I've messed with plugins so there may be a few more that will be added to the list in the future. Nonetheless I'm always willing to learn new things so long as you give me the time and patience to do so.
How trustworthy are you?: On a scale of 1 -10 i'd say 9 as I'm not perfect. When it comes to things like a proper punishment for a rule breaker though I usually like to confer with other staff members (Owner/Co-Owner) included to ensure we as a team enforce the proper punishment for the rule that was broken by a rule breaker.
What would you do if you caught someone hacking on the server?: If I caught someone hacking on the server and no other staff was on at the time I would temp ban them for at least 2 days until I could confer with other staff members to decide the proper and official punishment for the hacker.

Past experience being staff?: Well I've done a few things at least having been staff on quite a few servers. I've helped keep on eye on possible new staff members by alerting higher ups when there are new apps on the servers website or new posts on here which is outside of minecraft. I've been playing since the 1.4.7 update so I at least know some things with minecraft. As far as plugins I'm most familiar with some WE and Core inspector commands. I know a bit of mcmmo, bukkit, and essential commands though for sure. I believe staff members should act friendly, keep their cool in difficult situations and maintain professionalism as well as help others in need. As staff on other servers I've asked if it was okay to fix something before just fixing it (if it was something I didn't cause, I auto fix mistakes I cause) because I personally don't like to overstep boundaries but I usually help others and continue to be friendly because that is me when not dealing with rule breakers. I even tried help building buildings before, but I can't say I'm terrific at it.
I've always had someone of higher up authority on when we noticed a rule breaker of some sort so I can't say that I've banned someone before but this is what I'd do if I was the only one on at the time of the crisis. If the player was breaking the rules by non stop spamming I'd mute them after a warning. If it was something as simple as stealing an item from another player I would Jail them and give them a warning. If someone broke a more major rule I would ban them. In the event of hackers I would do anything necessary to get them off the server and keep them off and alert all other staff immediately as long as I have their skype or someway to contact them. For the spamming and stealing offense I would eventually work my way up to a ban with those people if they repeatedly broke the rules. In all cases I would at least notify the owner or whoever would be in higher position than me so if they feel like something else should have been done they can correct it and hopefully let me know the proper way to deal with it the next time it happens. I hope this was more of what you were looking for in past experience being staff.

R: I am a friendly person who likes to help others in need and to keep any rule breakers from ruining the experience of others. My main objective apart from playing the game is to make sure that everything on the server is in order when we are out of the testing phase for things like perms and ranks. I am usually quiet most times though and mature. My definition of mature is; not talking about what would even be school inappropriate over things like skype. R: I would like to be staff within a large community. I feel like I could help with catching and punishing rule breakers as well as be that staff member people are willingly open to no matter what. I think it's fun to be staff on minecraft servers.

R: I know some plugins like core protect. I am always willing to help and learn. I also don't usually overstep my boundaries. If I am ever unsure of if I am allowed to do a certain thing I will always ask someone of higher position before just doing whatever it is that I'm unsure about.

The one I was an admin on was Xenonnoblecraft but after being demoted to mod because the owner was being what I viewed as a brat, I quit because I didn't see a way I was going to be able to spend more time on mc than what I was with High school and having a life outside of Minecraft. Don't get me wrong I can dedicate time to Minecraft but I'm not going to be in front of my pc 24/7 with no sleep or anything at all.
Why Did You Apply: I want to be staff on a server again and help out with things like making, the server a successful, helpful, and friendly place to be. I'm pretty mature for my age and I honestly think I'd be an admin people would want to hang around with and one that gets stuff done as long as I know what I'm allowed to do and what I'm not allowed to do according to the owner(s) if given a chance. The main factor for why I quit Xenonnoblecraft other than the owner seeming to act like a brat, is that he did not seem to be very mature for his age. I would like to meet a new community of people. I was also hoping to get Admin but I'd be okay with any staff position if you think I'm someone that you are looking for. Another thing I think you should know is even if I am allowed to do something like set a warp somewhere I'll still ask if it's okay if there is someone of higher rank on before doing so. I can't really say that I've had useful experience in staffing but I'm always willing to work on this. However If you use something like core protect or world edit I do have a good idea on how those plug-ins work as well as a few other common plugins.

What will you do if someone was griefing: I would first give them a warning if not jail them, then I would temp. ban them or perm. ban them if they continue, depending on: How long they have been doing it, if they stop when I ask them to stop, and how bad the grief is.
What will you do if someone was hacking: I will tell every non staff player to get off the server and turn off their pc to ensure that the people don't get hacked, then I would alert every higher level staff and Owners/Co-Owners in any and every way possible, to get someone on to stop the hacker before to much damage is done to the server.

I haven't had like a ton of experience at being staff but I was wanting to work on that because I love to help people out when I can. Although I haven't had any real experience with griefing issues on the servers I did get to practice using some core-protect commands so I do have an idea of how to fix grief if you will be using core-protect as a plugin. I am currently on summer break from school so I can be on for at least 2 hours a day if need be.

I try not to make each and every block a different type of block, and I try to keep some blocks the same as others. Most people like too much block variation in their builds in my opinion, but I don't personally. I also try to use blocks that I think would look good together instead of trying something new because it's something I haven't tried. (Ex: I would use chiseled stone bricks with lapis lazuli blocks for a library instead of iron blocks and iron and netherack blocks.) I would post a screenshot of something I've Built but I don't know how to find the right Screenshot folder on Windows 8 but having FTB Minecraft installed doesn't help either. I have tried out and built on a lot of servers trying to find the right one. I either move on from other servers because I don't like it or it shutdown so it's impossible for me to show/discuss greater builds I have built.

Why Did You Apply: I want to be staff on a server again and help out with things like making, the server a successful, helpful, and friendly place to be. I'm pretty mature for my age and I honestly think I'd be an admin people would want to hang around with and one that gets stuff done as long as I know what I'm allowed to do and what I'm not allowed to do according to the owner(s) if given a chance. The main factor for why I quit Xenonnoblecraft other than the owner seeming to act like a brat, is that he did not seem to be very mature for his age. I would like to meet a new community of people. I was also hoping to get Admin but I'd be okay with any staff position if you think I'm someone that you are looking for. Another thing I think you should know is even if I am allowed to do something like set a warp somewhere I'll still ask if it's okay if there is someone of higher rank on before doing so. I hope you enjoyed looking over my application.

I can't really say that I've had useful experience in staffing but I'm always willing to work on this. However If you use something like core protect or world edit I do have a good idea on how those plug-ins work as well as a few other common plugins.

8.) *Would you still want this job even if it had high stress? I would still want this job even if it had high stress because it would give me better experience in people skills and it would give me something else to do in minecraft as well as help and play with other people.
9.) *How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week? During days/weeks I don't go to school I can be on for at least an hour, but I can always be on for more if needed. During days/weeks I go to school I can only be on for 1-4 hours at most, but maybe more if I'm lucky.
10.) *How can we trust that you are going to be a dedicated staff member? I'm always on minecraft whether it is regular minecraft or FTB and I like to help people out a lot.
11.) *Describe your personality to us? To start out I'm a bit shy and I consider myself mature for my age compared to some people my age. I like to help other people out, be silly and talk to people. I find myself to be a friendly person but serious when I need to be.

About me: I am 15 years old, I don't like to hand out much private/personal information over the internet in a place that the whole world can view, I Like to help people out. I would love to help create an awesome server. I like to joke around a bit so chat isn't like dead, as well as be on as much as I possibly can. I take anything and everything that goes against server rules pretty seriously.

What will you do if someone was spamming: I would ask them once nicely to stop, if they keep up I will tell them to stop and kick them if they don't, and if they still continue I will mute them.
What will you do if someone was griefing: I would first give them a warning if not jail them, then I would temp. ban them or perm. ban them if they continue, depending on: How long they have been doing it, if they stop when I ask them to stop, and how bad the grief is.
What will you do if someone was hacking: I will tell every non staff player to get off the server and turn off their pc to ensure that the people don't get hacked, then I would alert every higher level staff and Owners/Co-Owners in any and every way possible, to get someone on to stop the hacker before to much damage is done to the server.
Any previous experience: I have been mod on two different servers that have shutdown a while ago. Their names were Techcraft and Blockheads.
How can you help this server: I can help this server by keeping it friendly and lively, taking care of the unfriendly people in a proper and orderly fashion, and being a responsible, helpful, and resourceful person.
Other: On a range of 1-10 on how good I am with redstone circuit type stuff I'd say I'm about 4 because I can figure out basic stuff but I'm not a master redstone builder, and I like to build library type buildings often.

The name of the two servers that I was a mod on are Techcraft 3.0 and Philocraft I have built a little bit of different things on these servers but nothing like a spawn area for a server although most of it was just a house for me people did like it.What I like building best is a library type building. As much as I'd like to show you some of these buildings through screenshots I can't because the the listed servers are currently down.

Why Do You Want To Be A Moderator? I think it would be nice to join a new server and help out a server instead of just talk to people and worry about doing things for myself in Minecraft. I have also never really been mod before and I have always wanted to be, just to find out what its like as well as have some staff experience.
Why should I accept you? I consider myself to be a nice and honest person, after I get to know people a little bit. I would love to help people on a server whenever I'd get the chance and I have low tolerance for people who break rules or who are just plain annoying.
Can you use teamspeak? I don't really know what teamspeak is but I'm sure I could if I knew what exactly it is and how it works. I can definitely use skype though.
What is a situation where you must temp-ban a player? A person who breaks one or more rules after multiple warnings is a situation in which one must temp ban a player.
What is a situation where you must ban a player (local ban)? A person who still breaks multiple rules multiple times after being temp banned at least one time is a situation in which the one must ban a player.
How long can you be online each day? At least an hour.
Additional Info: Thanks for looking at my application, I hope it wasn't too difficult to read, and I am ok at building redstone circuits but I'm not a redstone master.

On a scale of 1-10 what is your maturity level? : 9 because i like to joke around a bit but I'm not like insane.
Why should I chose you?: I would like to help out people and make sure they follow the rules as well as giving them the proper punishment if they don't.
Ever been banned before?: Once but it was just so the staff on that server could test the ban command for the server so i was unbanned after a few minutes.
How often can you be on?: Weekdays:1-2 hours at least for about 3-5 days. Weekends: atleast 2-3 hours.
Do you have any experience?: I have been mod on a server that is shutdown and I am currently a trial-mod on another server that seems to be down at the moment. Other than this i haven't really had any staff experience but i would always like to build my staff experience up.
