Why do you want to be staff: Honestly i just want to be staff so that i can help with all my ability.

What do you think an admin should do when there is a hacker:
In all actuallity the Admin should only investigate the actions made by a Moderator in the consequence stage of a perceived hacker. Example: Moderator bans a 'supposed' hacker by seemingly using a spider hack, but not investigating if the player was only lagging or actually utilizing a hacking client.
If there are no Moderators available at the time, the Admin should then take the roll of the Moderator and persue all actions as slated out by the Servers Policies.

Experience includes the Ownership / Operations of a few small personal servers utilizing Dedicated Servers as well as staff on other servers.

Right, ok.. here's my application for being an admin:

Contact: Skype. I'm not comfortable about putting this out now on the web, but if I get given the 'job' as it were this would be the mode of communication I would use.
Response to hacking: Depending on the level of punishment due. If it's a small hack that is pretty much harmless to the server then a small punishment e.g. a temp ban with 2 or 3 warning prior. With regards to rudeness, it's likely I would give them a stronger and more forceful punishment if they were to hack and then be rude about it. LIkewise, if they cooperate the level of punishment would possibly decrease. However if it is a big and dangerous hack such as an inventory hack (for pvp) or a hack more damaging to loyal (and new) players, they would get a temp or perm ban.
Experience: Ok, here is where I slip. I'm loyal and well known in quite a few servers, although if I got the role as admin I would be more active then ever on this server, and less active on others. Unfortunately, I lack experience in Admin roles, with only one role as Co-Owner on a small and very un-heard of server.

What do you think an admin should do when there is a hacker: if it's a small hack (for example a fly hack) warn him/her and tell him/her to turn it off if they continue i will temp-ban him/her. if it's a bigger hack (like forcefield) i will temp-ban him/her and if he/she comes back after the temp-ban and continues i will have to temp-ban him/her longer or ban him/her
