What do you think an admin should do when there is a hacker?: Ban Straight away and inform the owner.
Experience : I have once ran my own server and have worked on many others! I also have learnt a lot of commands with this experience but if needed I can always learn more!
What Should an admin do to help the server?: I kinda answered that in the first bit.
Why I want the rank:Well mostly I wanna make this an awesome server(mean to bring more people on it not that its not popular and all but i wanna make it more popular to gain more respect) and i wanna make it more secure and make a lot of buildings and make pretty fun maps and all and bring a smile to the awesome people playing on this awesome server!! I wanna be staff on your server because I feel this server is great. I think this server has potential and I think I could be a great addition to the awesome staff team.I love to help especially when someones in need of help and they're either stuck on something or ant understand something. I have a very creative mind in here and i know a lot about bukkit servers and all cuz i owned one and help out the peoples as well as im learning how to engineer computers and all plus i know how to build a lot of various types of houses and some skyscrapers and mansions with fancy internal designing. And I have a YT channel. And i will try to get a bunch of other people to join this community. And I have never, EVER used my powers against anyone because I am not that type of guy. I feel i should be Admin because I would like to enlighten everyone's day up with happiness and joy> I will be able to help with many things: keeping hackers and scammers and advertisers away. Plus it would be amazing to be admin again because all the servers I was staff on have shut down.
Previous Experience: I have a lot of experience as an Administrator. I have been Admin on these servers: InfinityPvP,LavaPvP I have helped these servers become much better, improving their daily person allowance from 1 or 2 to maybe 22 or 23. Most of these, however, have had financial issues and have sadly been taken down. This insures that I will be able to commit to your server.

What do you think an admin should do when there is a hacker:Depends on if they are just a player using a hacked client or an actual hacker hacked client depending on what they are doing would be a warning kick temp-ban or ban real hacker ban and alert you as soon as possible

What Should an admin do to help the server: Help players help you stop racism and other offensive things help other staff (such as builders and mods) stop hackers trolls and plain annoying people general building command work and what else needs to be done at the moment

what i do to show my proof of hackers; frist the hacker must hit you form rage. if so try going to ins when you go ins the killarua well not bealbe

I was staff on multiple servers, that all shutdown. I currently am Owner of Xenon-Games, but I am holding it from public as a side project.
What interests you most in applying for staff?
My interests in being staff aren't for the commands and stuff, it's so I can help keep the server clean and friendly for players regardless of their age.
I love being the one to help people and enjoy when I resolve their problem, as it satisfies me, and tells me that I am doing a good job. That's all I want, is to be able to help people, the server, as well as all staff. I like that since I have good grammar in the English language, I'm easy to understand, because I know how to say and what to say at the right moments.
Anything you would like to add?
I code Java, C++, HTML, PHP, CSS, and Ruby. I can fully code plugins as well as websites. I realize that having no hours of gameplay on the server doesn't help much, but I just thought even though I haven't played my application will always be there for future reference if I don't happen to get a rank.
Can you donate to the server?
After about a week or two of the server being up, I'd like to start consistently donating every month. The week or two is so I can see the servers integrity and how far it can go before I start the donations.
