Hey we gave you help and you yelled at us. Look for tutorials on downloading mcp and doing all that. You DONT need Java knowledge to change that. All you need to the is find the write file with it when you have mcp, and change a few words to the text that YOU want. If you don't wanna use mcp or do the mod stuff then your screwed. YOU NEED IT!

First you have to put it in a txt file. Then change the extension from .txt into .lang and thats the first part.
Then put both files in your language folder. That step done.
LAST DELETE META-INF OR IT WILL NEVER WORK!
That's all. I will make a tutorial if wanted.
