I am so excited to try this out! Any sources of inspiration for you besides Doku? Congrats on a successful second pack launch!

Quite good! Looking forward to seeing more. Post a photo of all the tiles you've completed when you get the chance. Your wood, stone, and grass textures are distinguished well, which is excellent, as is your limited color palette. I'd prefer a less blue hue for stone, but that again is hard to judge until everything gets presented together.
Do not get disgruntled by a lack of feedback on these forums. The WIP community is inactive compared to the main Resource Packs section. Keep it up!

Hooray! Pretty flowers are blossoming everywhere. Left to do are some ore blocks, nether features, and a host of wood tiles.
Edit: Added gravel and oak leaves; updated side and tall grasses

Since, the "Simple Pack Showdown" thread runs pretty bare, I figured it wise to post these blocks in this location for criticism. Most oddities with color selection are beyond my control, as this competition demands no modification of user-submitted palettes. Any suggestions on how to make doors in this style and at this resolution [16x]? After the other planks and logs, they stand next on the agenda. For that matter, any blocks not yet completed are probably just so because I anticipate they will cause me trouble. So, throw some suggestions at me.
Much thanks in advance,
Matt
Edit: Added poppies, daisies and leaves

Below are some ores and refined blocks. Differentiation takes time, which I will soon have significantly less of, as summer work starts Monday. Would people be opposed to having purple lapis? What about purple coal? To which option are you all less opposed? As I texture the rest of 'em I will edit this post. Stay tuned.
Also: I just looked at your door, Angelo, and shivered at the thought of me needing to do mine. So much to do.
Edit: Added iron ore and previously posted grate

In other news, I am trying to review which packs I consider inspiring to the textures I am making currently. These three, I determined, are most instrumental:
If you are interested in some thoughts on these creations:
Dandelion is the work I like to use most when actually playing Minecraft. The reason for this is the colors. They are warm and blend smoothly. I am, after all, using Steelfeathers' palette for the challenge.
Ovo's Rustic, somehow, provided a realistic gaming experience at a resolution that did not make your eyes bleed. Grass appeared tangible in game. Cobblestone looked rough and planks looked rustic. Altogether, Ovo created something which set a mood. I want to do just that with this pack.
This all being said, take a look:
Some recommendations I have already: (1) continue to differentiate wood textures while keeping the colors nice; (2) simplify the ores; (3) get started on furnace and doors afterwards.
Now, what do you have to say? Sincerely, Matt.
Edit: Fixed tiling of sand

I appreciate the advice, Sheep. And additional thanks for your tolerance about the texture similarities.
Below are some improvements made to the bulk terrain file above, which has also been edited. I am very satisfied with the birch block. After many trials - all errors - I think I succeeded. Very much inspired by the actual trees' looks. Great tip, Malcolm5211! Now I need to make sure the rest of the pack fits around it!

Gosh! These are so awesome! Your ores could benefit from some more pop. Lovely shapes, though. Your crafting table, door and woods are brilliant. And I am totally jealous of your neutral stone colors. Much easier to work with, I expect.
These are what I got, folks.
Note a few new blocks above: tilled soil, bookshelf, diamond block [shading added], stone brick. I slightly simplified the shadows under my diamond ore tile and changed the red brick and sand to fit stylistically.
Also: Call me Matt. No need to type out my username.

These challenges are always great fun! I will toss this into the arena for some brave fellow to dabble with.
Edit: Revised the presentation of this palette before addition to the title post. Obviously inspired by the brilliantly clean format of XSSheep's.

Yeah, that issue seems to have arrived with these ores. Haha!
Some other tiles to reveal too.
Any tips for improving everything I have made so far? I would appreciate any suggestion!
