Have you ever been fired from a position and why? No the owner respected me very much and I respected him as well.
If someone was spamming op me how would you deal with the situation? As my past experience of being head admin I would warn them by kicking first with a message of what that player did wrong. Then if the player continues to abuse rules I would ban them for a week.
If someone was Hacking and flying around and breaking blocks how would you deal with the situation? I would tell fellow staff members and then ban that player.

WHY YOU WANT TO BE STAFF: I'm not saying If I should be an Admin or not, All I'm saying is I'd be a wonderful addition to EC Servers and I would feel amazing if I was accepted as apart of the Staff Team because I think i'd enjoy playing with all the Staff at EC Servers! I'm wonderful at helping anyone who needs it, Especially newcomers! and I understand many other people apply for this Role at EC Servers, but if I was on the Staff Team I would take my time and WORK Hard Every single day to help improve EC Servers and keep them safe from Hackers, X-Ray's and so on!
EXPERIENCE; Provide details: My Experiences are wonderful! I have been an Owner of many servers that were once successful at the time they were up and running. I was also on the Staff Team on 4+ And all of them are all great and fun to play on! I'm always Active so I do take my time to spot out people who disobey the Rules at the EC Servers! DEDICATED TIME: I can spend MANY Hours on EC Servers Up to 24+ IF NEEDED! Mainly 10+

I have been Admin on about 2 servers that were very small and One ended quickly. KittyPvPCraft was one, Bedrock Institute Prison Server, I was Head-Admin on Account Productions MC which is still a running server quit.
