Have you been a Staff Member on a server before? Yes I was previously an owner on a server called LightningApple that closed down unfortunately due to a "trusted staff member" Who had access to the console jacked up the whole server. On the server I managed: Buycraft, Enjin, Player Affairs, Staff affairs, Ban Requests and ban appeals. I Also did a lot of the server building and plugin management.
Do you speak fluent English? Yes I speak fluent English and Spanish. I live in Florida so if you want to live here you must know how to speak both fluently. (The fact that I know two languages will be helpful in some cases for Hispanic players that only speak Spanish. You wouldn't want a player to leave your server sad because nobody understood their problems.
Are you respectful to the community? On the servers that I currently play on I am told very often that I am a respectful and helpful member if the server to both the players and staff.
Why should we accept you? You should accept me because I am good with handling situations where people will start cursing and you don't want that kind of action happening on your server. Also, As i said above this is one of the main things that I was in charge of on the server that I owned.
whats makes you think that you can be a good candidate for this position?: I think that I will be a good candidate for this position because I am well aware of how much responsibility all of these positions can be and I will make sure that whenever I'm online the chat will be clean from cursing, Cyber Bullying, and any other acts of violence that may occur on the server.
Do you feel like you can manage and run the lower staff members?: Yes, When I owned the server I was the boss figure that all the staff looked up to. Whenever they needed advice, whether it be building or coding, They would always come to me. I managed them very well and they never disobeyed me once. Just to let you know, No matter how professional this application may seem I am a nice person In real life I'm not one of those people that will ban you and hate you for every little mistake that you make.

'If someone is swearing to an innocent person on the server, what would you do the first time?B: "/warn them" --- You should always warn the player first before you take any Jurassic measures and ban the poor person. For all you know they are new to Minecraft and they did not know that servers have rules that need to be followed by each and every individual.
Question. 'If someone spots a person hacking on the server, what would you do?'C: "Ask the player who spotted the hacker if they have proof?" - "Proof or it didn't happen" That's what I would say. In all my time dealing with ban reports you have no idea how many times I've seen players trying to frame each other for dumb reasons such as "They targeted me in the game" or "Hes annoying me on Skype". You can't just ban someone for something you don't even know actually happened.

Reason 4 Position: I dont really know what you mean when you ask this question but based on other apps that I've seen I'm guessing you mean "why do you want this position" So My answer would be that I like to build but what i like even more than building is seeing the players reaction when they like the build.
Experiences: I've Previously owned a server and I was told by the little amount of players that joined that the things I built looked very nice and professional.
Skills: I Would rate myself a 9/10 With Using world edit and I have a lot of knowledge about all the Rank / Website Management stuff. I Can Also Manage Group Manager, Essentials, And World Guard
Hours playable daily: I can spend 2-3 hours daily on the server due to the fact that school always comes before games
Do you have any famous builds? - I don't have any famous builds but I've been told that I am a good builder
Have you built for any other server? - Yes I've helped build one of the Hunger Games arenas for the hive
Are you good with world edit? - I Would say that I am pretty familiar with world edit and i'm pretty good at using most of the commands
How much time can you put into this server? - I can't spend 5 hours a day on this server but I can at least play for 1 hour a day and that should be enough to get the days work done
