Giant Poisonous Mooshroom doesn't soundd that original, seeing as most games like minecraft usually have something giant, poisonous, or something poisonous pertaining to mushrooms. Satan would cause controversy, and Minecraft would be deader than HL2:CTF thanks to bitchy christians. Herobrine needs to DIE already, it's not even funny anymore and we've all heard it. The Void Slime seems alright, but the drop seems kind of useless. Why not have it drdop something else?

You've got some awesomely creative ideas!! However, I think that the game is hard enough having to find enough Endermen / Ender Pearls to locate a Stronghold and make it to the End. Killing bosses just to get to the final boss (Dragon) would make the game exponentially more difficult, with a longer time from start to finish. Also, this requires many more game-created rooms like Strongholds and Fortresses, so they would not be as spread out, and probably easier to find as a result.
My final opinion: More Bosses would be a great mod for people looking for an extra challenge, but I wouldn't want to see this become part of the game. Really, I think MineCraft is mostly about building stuff and being creative (like you, Sir), not so much about completion (like a campaign game).

U know The End Portal, it has 11 slots where u put Eye of Ender. Instead of putting Eye of Ender, each boss drops a specific Orb that u place in each slot. That means there would be 12 Bosses (+ Ender Dragon, being the last boss). Each boss would be in a specific place, like one in the Nether Fortress, another in the Mushroom Biome or one in The Abandoned Mineshafts.
Here are my suggestions.
Giant Poisonous Mooshroom
Lives inside a big mushroom castle. The castle spawns in a Mushroom biome.
There is a 100% chance of the castle spawning, due to the rarity of the Mushroom biome.
It will shoot poisonous mushrooms at you. It takes 3 hearts and it poisons you.
To kill it you have to climb on it and cut off all the mushrooms on its back, then you need to hit it several times. The mushrooms regrow, so repeat until it dies. It will drop a Mushroom Orb, take care of it, you'll need it later.
Satan
Lives in Satan's Room. Satan's Room spawns in a Nether Fortress.
There is a 50% chance of the room spawning.
Satan will spawn Blazes and Angry Pigmen, He attacks by shooting fireballs. It takes 2.5 hearts.
To kill it you will need a chestplate with the enchantment 'Fire Protection' and a sword with the enchant 'Smite'. Hit it several times until it dies. He will drop an Evil Orb, take care of it, you'll need it later.
Herobrine
To get to Herobrine, you will have to find a 2x2 tunnel with Redstone Torches. The tunnel spawns in a special biome called the Holy Woods.
There is a 10% chance of the tunnel spawning.
At the end of the tunnel, there will be an Obsidian room. U will then start hearing Ghast noises, and behind you stands Herobrine.
Herobrine will try to kill you by spawning ignited TNT. And hitting you with his hand. It takes 2 hearts
To kill him you have to have a Wooden Sword and a 3x Golden Apple. Hit him (any weapon) until he starts screaming, then feed him a Golden Apple. Repeat 3x. When a chicken spawns, hit him with the wooden sword, he will die. He drops a Mystery Orb, take care of it, you'll need it later.
Void Slime
Lives in a giant room near Bedrock. Spawns at Bedrock
There is a 25% chance of the room being beneath an NPC village's well.
The Void Slime is black greyish and spreads Void Fog around. It will try to kill you by jumping on top of you. It takes 5 hearts.
To kill it you must hit it until it divides into smaller versions. Kill them too, it will keep dividing until u kill them all totally. It drops a Void Orb, take care of it, you'll need it later.
Thats a few i made up, if u want to make more boss suggestions, feel free. I might add it.
Herobrine has launched a Radioactive bomb that messes up the biomes! Thats probably why i have spotted alot of his soliders, The Endemen, around my server... I wonder when he will unleash the SABRE TOOTH Creeper's Explodium. They will be super powerful and they will destroy all of our buildings! THE END IS NEAR! MAKE UR OBSIDIAN BASES READY!!
