Wait no longer, the texture pack has been updated for 1.3, all new items and most of the new GUI's have been added, im going to work on the last mobs very soon and adding unique textures to the new items
lastly i would like to mention thanks to appleslinky review i have fixed some specific block textures hope you all enjoy the new looks :3

not sure if i should private message you or something but for the love of Belmonts and all that is Holy, please do send me a corrected version of my notes, im currently upgrading the bosses and enemies trough your notes and things i noticed on lets play's of my map, and it would really help me to have someone who is good with grammar help me with the notes, as i do work alone and have no one to assist me....like a lot of map makers hehe XD so please proof read my crappy notes and make them understandable X3

The Good:
Wow! The texture pack was once again the highlight of this map, and not to degrade from the map at all by saying that! The texture pack absolutely fit 110% to setting the mood of classic Castlevania. While I have never played the original Castlevania, from the walkthroughs I watched in preparation for this map (aren’t I so dedicated to my people? ;)) I could see a perfect recreation of the Castlevania rooms, tools, weapons, and armor. While we’re on the topic of the texture pack, the pumpkin head vignette was AWESOME! If not for the critical need for full armor, I’d have worn it the whole map through.
Onto the gameplay section of this map. True to the spirit of Castlevania, this map made me want to throw my mouse through the window. Nah, it wasn’t quite that insanely difficult, but wow was this map right up there next to Vech’s Super Hostile series on the difficulty scale. I put that in the good only because that’s the way Castlevania was designed, and this map sure followed suit. Great job on the final boss battle, btw! Lots of fun and was definitely a step up from the other bosses.
Additionally, the bosses were very impressive in build, though not in challenge (covered later). The overall visuals for this map looked great with the classic NES styled texture pack.
Also, will be uploading a full LP, just gotta edit and upload tomorrow

i will update the map to further adjust and fix all of the issues you mentioned, i was planning to make the story into book and quill, But its proven to be very difficult as i have to re-write everything and its a huge pain in the butt, considering the story has been my vampire killer, it is literally killing me and i cant seem to write a story good enough for people to read...so yeah i dont know what to do anymore, this is the 5th time im writing the story again because of grammar issues and if i remove the story, people will complain that i have no story, so have a grammatical train crash of a story? or have none?...both are bad and i cant please neither side >:

but i will try to bury the story issue into the ground by providing better difficulty rise and better bosses, so thanks again for the review man i really appreciate it :3 oh and the issues with the minecart rails

eA e oh god no, anything Metroidvania i will never make, the castle is to impossibly huge, theres a lot of rooms with a lot of variety and a nearly impossible scale, that im not even sure i can recreate properly with out the map looking like garbage.....i will however say, if i do decide to finish the 2nd custom map, Chapel of Dissonance will be stage 5 for you to play on :3

oh snapz i didnt even notice you finished my review 8D! good thing i check these forums daily, and i love all the compliments and i really appreciate everything you did for me and even more that your planning to do a video about it D:! the Good section made me smile, the Bad section i didnt notice how hard the first few parts was, i will fix that ASAP but the last one...


The Ugly:
All notes were in separate .txt files, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the grammar used in the notes made me want to curl up and die. Please fix this immediately, it drove me insane. A few grammatical errors here and there are acceptable, if not expected, but I hardly ever found a capitalized “I”, correct punctuation, and nearly ever sentence was an extreme run-on sentence.

this sadly i have a hard time fixing up, the story has gone trough so many changes that i really feel i should just throw it out the window, i should give a warning at the beginning that English isnt my first language, heck even reading this you may have noticed i havent used "I" a single time, its for convenience purposes and I often forget them I dont mainly like grammar fixers but I did the best that I could to get it as readable as I could....still failed due to the lack of my, "perfect grammar" for writting stories im just going to throw it away its simply not working and i dont want the story to be my "Ugly" side to almost every review i get, so might as well delete it all....which will be sad because any new review will say "theres no story" @~ @ its hard to please the world dont you think?

either way im very happy for everything you did for me, thank you Skully and best of luck in your videos and reviews :3

your right i did do a 2nd one, i must have forgotten to update it on the OP, see i usually add the redux on the same numerical order yours was made, which yours is my third in the list...dangz time sure has flown by hasnt my friend? heheh so i will double check if i added the Redux video on season 1, because i see it on my youtube playlist, that and i also need to check why i have one more review on my playlist, than the actual amount that i have here which is suposed to be just 55 texture packs not counting reduxes

EDIT: wait it is updated in the op, click season 1, then click on the spoiler i added "redux" and the link just below it and then "original" too, the 2nd enfi is the link right below "redux"

when i review your pack again when its fully finished i will delete the one named "original" to make the new video the true redux :3 im a little of a organizer madman XD

aww your welcome ;w ; but i make better videos when more changes have been made to the texture pack, making a video now will mean it will get outdated very soon, so i will wait for when 1.3 is fully out so i can make a redux video of your texture pack :3 because i really love this texture pack and i would be happy to do another video once its 100% finished, until then i will add an annotation to let people know you have a better download now, thanks again for the comment and take care latz :3
