This is all from one match, from my personal experience the people of ultrahardcore are by far the best at pvp and minecraft in general (pve etc.). If you'd like more information on how to play yourself, visit the link at the top.
Please feel free to join, I will be around for a while to answer any questions you may have, along with many of the other various members of the community

Any experience with FTB: minimal, but I can macerate the iron. I'm not the kind of person who would be spamming chat asking how to make things anyway.
What do you look for in a server?: Good staff, and enough stability that I know I can leave for the night and not come back to see the map reset or the server gone.
Do you understand that there is no griefing?: oh yes, being an admin on a creative server for a year certainly solidifies any doubts towards ones' hatred of griefing
Do you accept that foul language is accepted on this server?: why wouldn't it be?
As for prior bans ive been playing this game for nearly 2 years, so its possible Ive been banned before and I don't remember it, but I'm certain that I don't have any in the last year and I know for a fact ive never been banned for griefing.

Awesome, on the first post you should see a section called Application. Copy and paste that in a reply to the topic. IE.
Your favorite server is dying. Reluctantly, you begin the search for a replacement, never really believing you'll find an adequate space to fill the void. Nevertheless, you find yourself filling out yet another whitelist application, fully expecting to spend no more than 5 minutes on the server before leaving in disgust, but still holding onto that tiny spark of hope that just maybe this will be the one. An hour later you're typing in the server IP address and connecting for the very first time. You walk around, maybe say a few words of greetings, noticing all the signs of a new server: an inexperienced owner, vital missing plugins, and the occassional sporadic grief. Yet, seeing beyond all of this, there is just something about this place that you cant quite define. Over the next few days you are attracted back to this server by that unknown "something," all the while watching the owner work feverishly to fix and improve upon everything that he can physically accomplish. Houses, buildings, parks, cities spring into existence, as players come and go. But some stay, the enlightened few, w
ho can see the "something," including yourself.
Nearly a year later, through the peaks and valleys, through old maps and new, through all of the countless hours spent... I'm still here, still searching but never finding the alluring and enigmatic something that continues to have the same effect as it did all those months ago.
I suppose I'm not old enough based on your post, but it's very difficult to find an actual vanilla server, so that is why I'd like to join. Thanks for the consideration
Id like to join because it's a vanilla server, and those are very hard to come by
(I apologise for any grammatical or spelling errors, trying to type on a kindle)
