Wow, that is really nice progress man! I just found your scripts and...damn. A simple request I give for you to do after you finish with the bombs is to make the warp system (with the blue light/blue crystals). For example, if you defeat an entity (in this case, set to the boss entity in the room), then a blue light effect will spawn on the ground. When walked into, it spawns a collision-less blue crystal entity slightly bigger than the player model over the player. After 11/2 seconds in the crystal, you are teleported to the set area. It seems somewhat simple since most of it is just timing a script to spawn blocks (effect blocks for the blue light, trigger block to spawn the crystal entity). Thanks, man!
Oh man. I love these guys; best servers I've seen. Extremely helpful when it comes to support, cheap, long-lasting and VERY sustainable. I recommend this to anyone who needs a server for a good price.
Just installed 64-bit Java (already had it installed, I think). Same lag. I have an Intel Core i7 that runs at 2.00 GHz (I know, shame :() and I got 8 GB of RAM. Then I have a shitty Intel Graphics Family.
So far, we have the Fire Lord, Pharaoh, Mega Block, Grim Reaper, Spider Queen, and Rogue Master. Let's name off the elements they should represent: Fire, Soul, Wind, Darkness, Earth, and Forest. Now here's the full list of elements that bosses would have: Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning/Spark, Earth, Forest, Soul, Darkness, Light, and Shadow. So, I shall use my imagination to come up with a new list of bosses that will fill up those gaps!
WATER: Kraken - A large, squid-like creature that can spin rapidly while moving towards you to hit you. When close, it can grip you and hold you close. Drops a giant spined tentacle, used to attack an enemy and keep him in your range by latching onto him with the spikes.
LIGHTNING/SPARK: Lightning King - A king, slightly taller than you, weilding a crown that grants him the magical power of the lightning. He can summon lightning to strike onto a group of areas, but he first must charge his attack with an iron rod.
LIGHT: Guardian Soul - A ghostly figure that guards the Sol Core. The soul will often change size and become invisible (except for the Sol Core resting in his chest). The Sol Core is able to make anyone "invisible" to mobs for a short time, where they won't notice you. This is very useful for getting away from enemies. Can be activated and deactivated at will, but has very limited uses (turn on/turn off = one use).
SHADOW: Embodiment of Hate - A beast roaming on all fours, with purple skin and black and white markings all over it's body. It's fangs are filled with it's pain and agony, instantly slowing down anyone it pierces. When injured, it will let out a roar that shows that it's hatred has peaked. If you can defeat this rampaging beast, then you will be rewarded with it's fangs.
Oh yeah! I remember this mod! The best mod of its time. Anyway, I'm a lot more skilled at texturing now, so if you need anything, just PM me (specifically PM me on Reddit (CDi-Fails is the username)). Hope this gets updated soon I'd love to see an addition with actual Gods.
when i go to dounload the map it says i need a passowrd, what is it??
It has a password to prevent everyone from downloading the map for now. The current version is broken, so we're going to go ahead and just release another version in a week or so.
It looks good, but I don't think it's a Zelda game really... I suggest changing some of the aspects from Zelda into your own personal thing and renaming the title.
Yeah, now I know why Hyrule is in the map, and why it's burning. Annoyed with myself that I didn't make the connection before now. Will Hyrule be played like a flashback (e.g. play is briefly interrupted for the Hyrule scene) or does the map start in Hyrule then shift focus onto Ilios Link?
Also, is TSG meant to fit anywhere in the timeline or is that just not really worried/thought about?
I'm doing the story (mostly), and I can tell you this: it falls into perfect order. Really, it does. It falls into place in the Adult Timeline.
